First time i didnt like the burgerking. Taste of food is not good and not like that is outside of this place. I dont know what they r doing wrong, feels like not well cooked, not fresh. Also, it is just assembly and sauces. I ll never come back to this place.

Burger King is Now Burger Queen,The have it your way is a Lie nowadays, seems like every one says NO No No, even the old lady working at this Burger Queen at this location. I give them a chance to get a sale, this is a NO sale sight. Maybe in a few years or months, I'll be back to try again. NO SALE.
Dietary restrictions: No, small hamburger patties for those who'd like a pork substitute. For breakfast sandwiches. Like from the kid hamburgers

Don't stop at the Amherst, OH turnpike and expect to get food in the middle of the night. The person working will be on a bathroom break then come back and complain about actually having to do some work. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Not a good place! Took me 20 mins to get someone's attention ? more talking and on phones then working and after the 20 min wait he told me no cash! Card only! pos! So a Couple candy bars are what's for dinner tonight! Glad us truck driver get respect out here!

They messed up almost our entire order. They put my burger in my daughter’s Kids Meal bag and her burger in the regular bag and I ate mine before it the mixup was noticed. They didn’t provide the toys that come with the kids meals to either child. They didn’t give me the cup for the fountain drink we ordered. They didn’t provide the bbq sauce for my other daughter’s chicken nugget kids meal. I had to assume I could grab the orange juice and applesauce from the case in the front since those weren’t provided either.
