Supposed to be open 24h , if you go and order a food in the middle of the night, nobody is in the kitchen, I was waiting 20minutes and then try to refund my money but lady doesn’t want to come , she was hidden and said one f word. 😵💫 are we living in USA or Burkina Faso ?! But the end I grab some cakes and bottles of milk from fridge.

Around noon 1/28 stopped in for some lunch after waiting for the associate to get done restocking the counter i was told they were not taking cash had to use the kiosk I only use cash great customer service

I ordered BK (Lorain - Cooper Foster) online for delivery. My Oreo shake was not delivered. I stopped by BK the next day, and the manager (African American woman) would not give me the shake and said I needed to contact DoorDash, who delivered my order. You'd think she would've just given the shake to me since I stopped in. She was not very considerate or customer-oriented.

Ordered a Whopper no Pickle with Cheese got a Whopper No cheese with pickle lol but wait went back in to see if they could get it right eh nope with cheese and pickle omg so hard, even as kid when I worked at a BK for 2 weeks I still took more pride in it than these MF's plz

I would like to give no stars because when I arrived after driving all day to get something to eat I was told that no one was there to work the register to take cash also was told I was to catch up with the times because cash is the thing of the past kids have no respect.

Foods usually good. But the frozen drink machine has been "broken for 3 months" it's not broken, the employees are just too damn lazy to operate and clean it. 4 or 5 different times now i've ordered frozen coke or the all new frozen cotton candy thats advertised and i get thrown a empty cup and to the machines broken? it's not covid anymore get it together

Got there at 5:40 wanted to order and pay with cash. I was informed by the 1(only) person working that he could not take my order as the cashier was on break and he could not take cash orders. At approx 6 pm the manager ( Dreena ) came out of the back room, I asked if she could take my order as I was paying cash. She mumbled something unintelligible and went back into the back room. I waited until 6:10 pm for cashier to come back. The manager needs written up at the very least

I'm on the Ohio Turnpike, Vermillion Plaza. Want Burger King for supper. I only had cash. Took 10 minutes for any of the employees to acknowledge I was there and only because I had to call out to someone. So they had people in the back and people bagging other orders, but no one was working the register. No one else could work the register, because the person that was on the cash drawer was on break.I'm a truck driver and don't have time to wait 30 minutes for someone to get done with break before you can take my order. This is a busy service plaza on a busy highway. There should never be a time when you can't take someone's order.If I could have rated it less than a star I would have.
