If you're looking for fast food, keep looking. We rolled up to Burger King hungry and hopeful… and left an hour later, spiritually defeated and still craving fries. They lost our order like it was a hidden treasure, and apparently, no one in the kingdom had the map.
The manager? A real piece of work. I’m not sure if they were managing a restaurant or playing hide-and-seek in the back. When we finally got to speak with them, it felt like arguing with a Magic 8 Ball—vague answers, lots of shaking, and no solutions.
At one point, I thought they were filming a hidden camera prank show. Nope. Just good ol’ chaos served cold—unlike our food, which we never got hot in the first place.
Honestly, I've had more efficient service at a DMV run by sloths.
Would I come back? Only if I’m reincarnated as a snail with infinite patience.

We ordered on the kiosk at 9:45 pm and waited an hour before we got the food. There was a shift change and the order never got filled. We had to go up and ask for our food. There were multiple people in line that got the wrong orders or never got the full order. Never go to this Burger King. It’s the worst. Unless you have an hour to kill.

It's really annoying that they took the Jr cheeseburger off the menu and I cant order a kids meal bc they don't have any toys. Im really annoyed by this and it irritates me

Supposed to be open 24h , if you go and order a food in the middle of the night, nobody is in the kitchen, I was waiting 20minutes and then try to refund my money but lady doesn’t want to come , she was hidden and said one f word. 😵💫 are we living in USA or Burkina Faso ?! But the end I grab some cakes and bottles of milk from fridge.

Around noon 1/28 stopped in for some lunch after waiting for the associate to get done restocking the counter i was told they were not taking cash had to use the kiosk I only use cash great customer service

I ordered BK (Lorain - Cooper Foster) online for delivery. My Oreo shake was not delivered. I stopped by BK the next day, and the manager (African American woman) would not give me the shake and said I needed to contact DoorDash, who delivered my order. You'd think she would've just given the shake to me since I stopped in. She was not very considerate or customer-oriented.

Ordered a Whopper no Pickle with Cheese got a Whopper No cheese with pickle lol but wait went back in to see if they could get it right eh nope with cheese and pickle omg so hard, even as kid when I worked at a BK for 2 weeks I still took more pride in it than these MF's plz
