I ordered 4 burrito bowls online with double meat. I barely even see one scoop of meat in the bowls. I paid extra for nothing, great.

Came in on New Year’s Day and had an exceptional experience. The staff handled my very specific order perfectly and made sure everything I added was included—no shortcuts. Portions were generous, fresh, and well worth it. Really appreciated the attention to detail and great service, especially on a holiday. This location definitely sets the standard for how Chipotle should be done.

Restaurant is filthy. Look in the drink cooler and you will be repulsed! Despite seeing that during my last visit, my team at work requested lunch delivery so I ordered via the website. Over half of our order was missing. The Dash driver told us he asked at the restaurant and they girl at the counter said ever Was in the bag. Spent over $220….and received odd pieces parts of an order, we couldn’t be make a bowl. When I called customer service they offered a pittance of a refund….just awful! So 2 strikes… not going to give this store a 3rd chance.
Just came in and literally one girl rocking the order line alone while one guy cooking and one lady cashier while a whole crew stood off to the side laughing and having a blast while others struggled! On a day with bogo especially extra laziness! Natalie I hope your boss sees this and gives you a raise and Christmas bonus! Polite and sweet even doing it along in a rush! You’re a rockstar!

They have me food poisoning 2 weeks ago... me and my husband. Do not go here... there's definitely something wrong here.They're either improperly storing their food.There is something wrong with their refrigerators and coolers, or they have had food sitting that has been expired and still cooking it. I'm literally never eating chipotle again.Just because of this

Placed a pick up order for a pretty loaded bowl and when I got home it was rice, beans, and guacamole. It looked disgusting. Plus dude at the pick up window was rude because I was 3 mins early for my pick up. Then it was a pain to get a refund. Which they wouldn’t even give me. Tried to give me a bogo coupon and I had to haggle with the guy just to get a free entree coupon.

Start checking your orders at the drive through and when picking up. This is now the 3rd time I paid for extra steak and have got 8 pieces, they forget to give drinks as well. If I wanted to eat rice sour cream corn and guacamole, I would have got a salad

Never give correct portions of food. I ordered extra chicken and my bowl had 12 pieces of chicken… I counted. I also ordered chips and queso and they forgot the queso. I know people say never to order online at chipotle but how hard can it be to just make things correctly
