So I used uber eats. The chipotle in

lakewood takes care of me usually. I ordered 1 burrito and 1 bowl. I paid for extra meat in the burrito. I received the order as 2 bowls, and mine had NO meat. The wrong rice, no sour cream and the wrong beans. No fajita veggies like I ordered. My wife's was overloaded with sour cream and hot salsa which she didn't order. I paid 32.00 and Uber eats would only reimburse me 5.00. You can't get ahold of them, and when I called chipotle they said (through a bot) that they have no responsibility even though they created the issue. They don't care and I'm out 32.00. I may just ban them all together.
They give you a link for chipotle and it's over once you tell them it was uber eats. (Even though the store made the problem)

If I was able to leave no stars I would have. My husband ordered a burrito and got a bowl, paid for the extra meat and there was no meat, wrong rice, no fajita veggies. When trying to contact the store they said through a bot they are not responsible even though they're the ones that made the order. My bowl was way overloaded with sour cream and a very hot salsa that I did not ask for and my mouth was on fire. Tried to go through the app and all they were able to credit him was $5. We are never ordering from this location again. They don't care what you get as long as they're getting paid.

I went in on a Sunday after an apparent heavy lunch. The store was a mess. Tables not cleared, trash cans were full and they were still going! I could tell these folks had been through a rush. Our order was hot, correct and hit the spot. I could overlook the disheveled appearance of the restaurant, knowing the manager was in the process of putting someone to start cleaning. That day they put the customer quality ahead of looks. Some people wouldn't see past that.

Its definitely a good restaurant to hit late at night the only issue is they dont refresh the food as often as it should be so the rice sometimes go stale

I’m really sick of them either forgetting my wife’s guacamole on her veggie bowl, or overcharging us $3.00 every time for gauc that is supposed to come with the bowl!

It seems like EVERY TIME I order a quesadilla with pinto beans and sour cream I only get the sour cream and it isn’t even a complicated order.

Ordered a salad today for lunch. Worst food I've ever had from Chipotle. If they added Pico it was drops. Salad is literally white with no flavor, no lettuce no pico asked for extra corn, not extra. And when I asked for vinegarette that they forgot it, I was told they were out. It was 12:30 pm. Out? What? Wish I could post picture.

This place is a disaster. Not clean at all. Food all over the place, floor, counter, etc. Disgusting and disturbing. I will never eat there again. Very disappointed. And they ran out of rice at 730p.

I love this restaurant but in this specific location the amount of food is very little for the price, every time I order a bowl they only have half of food.

It's been a while since I was at this restaurant. The food was good and tasted as expected. The service was good, but could have been better. There was a line when we came and it got longer as we waited. There were only two employees actually filling orders. I forgot one of my usual ingredients (black beans) and the employee didn't ask if I wanted any beans. When did they stop asking about beans after the rice options? I'm always disappointed about the pinch of lettuce that they add on top as if it were garnish instead of part of the dish. I always have to ask for more. But that's just me.
