This place is the worst. They can't ever get an order right. Literally just put a tortilla into another tortilla for my daughter's cheese quesadilla. There was no cheese. How does that even happen? They consistently get orders wrong. The only reason I tried again was because I wanted to try the Al Pastor, and they gave me regular chicken. Which, by the way, was like 5 pieces of chicken, 3 slices of lettuce, and none of the queso Blanco I paid extra for. The whole bowl was basically soup rice because there was so much melted sour cream. I agree with other reviewers, the manager needs to go.

I'm a fan of this franchise but the last 3 visits have been horrible. The 1st time it was something off my food tasted weird. It could of been me because I just had stomach surgery. I gave it another try a couple months later. It was really busy and the food was all over the place. It wasn't appealing. Fast forward to tonight. The first bite I was eating hard rice. I just broke that piece off and took another bite of a different area. The rice was done. I'm disappointed. I really wanted my food.

I always have high expectations when coming to Chipotle (since it’s my favorite place to eat) and for the most part they never disappoint.I was in there this week and the service was amazing! They were fast and nice. I mean they skimped out on portions more than usual (but I mean it’s Chipotle so it’s expected) which made me sad but the food was good. The tortillas were a little too chewy but I think that might have been a 1 time fluke since they’re mostly so soft.I just wish Chipotle didn’t skimp out on portions sizes, if the price wasn’t so high I wouldn’t care so much. I’m not bothered seeing as I’ll come back here lol.

Out of nearly everything an hour before close. I understand it's the end of the day. But still.Asked for double chicken. Got one scoop and was charged for double, rubbed me the wrong way.

Do not get delivery from this location. Our orders are messed up every time. Going in, it's fine, but delivery orders are terrible. They short you on product, forget things, and do a sloppy job. Terrible.
