Made an online order. They marked it as done and was told it would be another 30mins to an hour after my pickup time. So I'm not able to get a refund through KFC customer because they marked it done. Manager on duty at time is very rude. I was very nice and said okay can I just cancel my order and the manager was very rude and said I would have to understand they are busy and they can't cancel it there.

If you plan to dine-in... Plan on waiting 15 minutes before you get your food from THE SLOWEST serving Staff behind the counter. If they were any Slower, you would grow cobwebs waiting to get your food...!!

Every time I go here I get shorted on the condiments, even when I order door dash or Uber eats. So when I went through the drive through and called them out on it again, they gave me just a single ranch dip for my 6 pc tender meal and said it would be 35 cents for more. Despite the courtesy usually being every 3-4 gets a free one literally anywhere else even other kfc.

I happened to order a huge meal for a birthday on what turned out to be national fried chicken day, but this KFC did not disappoint. I used the mobile app for the 1st time, parked in the dedicated space, the app told me my meal was ready, I walked in and found my order at the pick up box, and returned home. What a pleasant experience. Well done, KFC!

Arrived at this location around 2:30PM on 6/12/25. After a long day on the road, I was going to treat myself to some Chucky-Fried chicken.
Got out of the car only to be greeted by a note taped to the side door that the seating area was closed and that one should proceed to the drive through window.
To the owner of this fine establishment, I say this:
If I wanted to eat in my car - and I rarely do - I would have driven to either Swenson's or Dog-'n-Suds. Hell, even Dog-'n-Suds has a few picnic tables. If you cannot find enough high schoolers or older people with bad investments to stock a waitstaff, then lock the doors, shut out the lights and stop wasting my time and gasoline..................

Once upon a time in my years of my teenage youth I (M23) was part of the military 🪖🪖🪖 for the fight for American Independence in 1775 against Australia 🦘🦘🦘 and I had the honor of having Colonel Sanders as the leader of my brigade. He utilized the power of the 11 herbs and seasonings to influence and encourage the public's view on the war and facilitated the growth of the American army which allowed for America to gain a power growth that helped defeat the Australians. My leader of my brigade Colonel Sanders soon retired from the military 🪖🎖️🪖🎖️ to start his own restaurant in one of the 13 colonies that soon became Kentucky which led to the name Kentucky Fried Chicken 🍗🐔🍗🐔 that was known for it's special herbs and seasonings. After I retired from the military 🪖🎖️🪖🎖️ I decided to visit this KFC where I stumbled upon one of the greatest workers of all time throughout my lifetime. His name. Was Paul. He was pretty cute and I started getting nervous and was blushing as I was walking up to the counter. I was stuttering with my words but I ended up ordering the chicken 🐔🐔🍗🍗 and waffles 🧇🧇🧇🧇, and oh my... It was the best food I've ever had ever since avocados were invented 🥑🥑🥑🥑 through GMOs. And the best part of this whole experience was Paul. He was the kindest, and most hardest working employee I've ever met. I really enjoyed my time here and this KFC has made me stop being a vegan because it opened my eyes to the many possibilities through meat. 100/10 experience. Would recommend.
