I was a Marco's customer for many many years and lately I've been asking for a lightly cooked pizza cuz it's always dark and hard on the crust and after several times never getting a lightly cooked pizza I finally called and complained and asked for another Pizza lately cooked and the manager there told me to bring my pizza back and when I did she jumped all over my ass and snatched my pizza from the counter and told me I would be refunded and then I couldn't order there anymore... So I called corporate left several messages and never a return call... So after a while I thought I would try to order from Marco's again and got a pizza and cheesy bread and pop and when I tried to order from there again I got that same manager that's nasty and rude telling me I'm not allowed to order there and she said to me if they can't cook my pizza right then I don't need to order there and I said why I'm not allowed to ask for a lightly cooked pizza and she said no... So now I wrote a letter to the Marco's Pizza corporation cuz they don't have a customer service line so you can complain about this stuff and half the time the internet doesn't work for such things that you're looking for to put in a complaint about Marco's Pizza and this is on Leavitt Road in Amherst Ohio... That manager is rude and nasty and should not be working in such a place of business as this... I loved Marco's Pizza but all the others but now I don't know...
I got the pepperoni bread, the pepperoni manifico pizza and the pepperoni pazzoli. Everything was very good, fresh and well prepared. I will definitely be ordering again,vi just love my Marco's pizza on leavitt road!
Just ordered my first Marco's pizza from the Amherst location on Leavitt Rd. The young man, Adam, took my order and also delivered it...what a kind, personable young man!! The pizza was beyond awesome too! Marco's, PLEASE don't change a thing 🙂 Very satisfied!

Had a messed up order and the manager who was supposed to credit me didn't. I called and it was about 3 minutes but the manager on tonight found it out for me and fixed it with my current order tonight.
For chain pizza these guys are now my go to. Thank you and keep making that good food :-)

Without all the details. The staff helped me out big time this past week. Holly is a GOAT. When she’s working things run smooth and, as a semi regular customer, I always know my food will be well prepared. Good jobs guys!

So I'm a regular here I'd say 🤣 I order a good amount of times, never an issue. Yesterday I ordered on the app and put pay in store, I was gonna use a debit card, their machines were down everywhere, they took my name and number and trusted me, I didn't get a call before I went up there today to pay what was owed. The manager I usually see everytime was going to just give me the food but I respected what they did and paid it. They are all really great, friendly ppl. Download the app if you love their pizza like me!

Hello I am sending this email on behalf of my SPECIAL NEEDS SISTER because I and she are very unsatisfied about her experience. Her order number is #102 and she had ordered a 12" Steak sub and a Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizzoli. Her delivery Driver was #105058. Her total order came out to $20.97. She gave the driver $40 so the change should have been $19.03 but the driver gave her $15 back. My sister called me to make sure she had the right change which clearly she didn't. She called back to store #1123. They told her that the driver thought my sister was giving them a tip. Firstly you don't assume or take money when it isn't given or offered to you. You shortchanged her and thought it was okay to do so. At this point she hadn't opened up her food. My sister messaged me back and told me that she received the wrong sub, she ordered the steak and she received a chicken club sub. I told her to call back to store #1123 and they said they would give her a credit and she should have said something the first time she called. I don't like how they dealt with my sister. They shouldn't deal with anyone like this. They should have given her $19.03 and when she called about her wrong order they should have said they are sorry for her experince. I don't like that yall automatically give a store credit because after this experince we will not be ordering from you guys again because yall dont know how to deal with people the proper way. My sister needs her money back for the wrong sub that was given to her. I hope this message reaches someone that actually cares about their customers.

Ordered to have a large pepperoni and mushroom with light sauce and extra cheese, plus a large steak and bacon delivered. It was delivered pretty quick and was super goood! :) thanks for making a tired mom’s Friday night easier.
