Stay away! Nobody cares here. I was in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting just to order an iced coffee and they weren’t even busy.
I thought I would give them a second chance, big mistake. On my second visit the drive thru wasn’t operating at all even though I placed a mobile order. I have been extremely disappointed in my service the last 3 times I’ve stopped to get a coffee. Should be a simple order but 2x something has been wrong and the third time, this morning, I waiting in the drive thru line for at least 5 minutes with no one greeting me or taking my order. I tried to get someone’s attention by talking and honking my horn but still no was there. I pulled to the first window and no one was present. 3rd time this week ordered bagel with extra sauce and not a drop on it. Called to explain the situation. Talked to 2 managers one being the DM and she was so rude and hung up on me. I should have read all these others reviews from this location. Looks like all complaints. I will be contacting corporate but if they hire ppl like this probably won’t go anywhere. Ppl don’t know how to do their jobs these days.
