Ordered ahead online and still waited 20 mins in the drive thru between the order speaker and the cash window. Absolutely ridiculous. Get more help at this location for night shift especially. Waiting 30 mins for a call ahead fast food order is INSANE. And my fries were freezing cold

horrible management. ordered through their app for delivery and their overnight workers are too incompetent to know anything so i had to wait an hour for their manager to get there only to be told some bs and then get hung up on. extremely unprofessional but nothing i wouldn’t expect from someone working at mcdonald’s
The two lane drive thru is poorly designed. People with common sense understand there are people already in line; while others will freely pull into parking lot and cut in front of those who were there first. Service was extremely slow. Will never come to this location again.

Food is fine. It’s the customer service. Went during Christmas Day. They were overwhelmed but doesn’t mean I’m not getting what I pay for. At first I wasn’t rude and told them they missed something’s so they wanted to double check the receipt. Fine. Then they only gave me medium drinks but I ordered large meals which is silly. (their screen wasn’t working to see the order or I would’ve corrected them) Then I told them that two of the fries were only half way filled I’m sure because they are rushing with the crowds… which is not acceptable since it’s not free so of course I will bring that up to fix it. Should be no issue right. He said they are so busy and have orders waiting that I had to pull around and come in and wait. No no no, so that my food is cold nope. I didn’t move my car and just waited there til I spoke with someone else. Least the manager was nice to remake new ones and quickly. Not the best location but it’s fine. Just double check all your food to make sure you aren’t missing anything.

Went thru drive thru for mobile order I had already ordered and they told me they were closed. They were open they were hanging out in the parking lot . They do what they want after 9 . Awful customer service .

Sat in the drive thru for at least 5 minutes with no answer, finally said service would be there shortly came back and helped the lane that the cars had just arrived in
It's mcdonald my kid has fun but only cause another kid was there why have they changed the playlands to be so boring.

Stay away! Nobody cares here. I was in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting just to order an iced coffee and they weren’t even busy. I thought I would give them a second chance, big mistake. On my second visit the drive thru wasn’t operating at all even though I placed a mobile order. I went inside to pick it up and no one told me I had to change the order in my app to pick up. I stood there over 15 minutes waiting until I figured it out myself. You would think the cashier would have asked why I’m standing there so long. I get my order, ask for ketchup, the manager walks off, says nothing, so I don’t think she hears me. Another employee standing there, I ask her, she just walks off too and ignores me. Needless to say, apparently the manager did hear me and brings ketchup. Employees standing around doing absolutely nothing in the back, while one lady works on sandwiches. The workers that were up front, just casually moving like slugs. What happened to customer service and pride in your work? Non here, This has to be the worst, laziest McDonald’s I ever been to. Manager is just rude and doesn’t care. Food was cold and fries were nasty. I’ll drive to Vermilion McDonalds next time where workers actually care and food is fresh and hot.

Ordered curbside carry out food in the app at 7:30pm, sat in the spot for 30 minutes and didn’t receive any food. Number listed online was out of service. Went to drive through, was told “We’re short staffed we’re doing the best we can.” No apologies, kind of a rude tone. My food was cold when I got home and I live less than two miles away. I can not in good faith recommend this McDonald’s to anywayone.

Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes just now said “hello” 20 times into the speaker no 1 said a word. Pull around to leave and I see all the workers inside doing God knows what… it’s insane before I reviewed this place myself I read other comments and nothings gets done same thing every day it’s seems. Got your employees smoking having a party at your McDonald’s

2nd time this week I've had to wait an hour for my food even though I order beforehand. The first time my food was at least correct but this time I'm missing items. Both times I wasn't the only person it happened to. It's fast food shouldn't take an hour to get meals that are ordered ahead of time there really isn't much of an excuse imo, update I used their link and it doesn't work this place is a joke

This was the most peak McDonald’s I’ve ever been to lowkey. The bathrooms are so clean and they give you so many napkins and sauce. And it tastes good. And the gave us an extra nugget. Love you guys!!
