The cashier that greeted me to take my order did not understand English very well, and couldn’t speak it at all. Very disappointing. Paid for extra meat didn’t get it won’t go back again.

Mr Hero has so much over all other fast food chains, the menu items are so unique! This location is the best in my opinion. Service is quick and food is fresh.
I don't know what this Mr Hero consistently does different than every other one but it's always far better than any other I ever go to.

Horrible customer service not only is the food overpriced the woman at the register YELLED NO REFILL WHEN I ADDED WATER TO MY CUP WHEN WE FINISHED EATING THERE WAS OTHER CUSTOMERS INSIDE I COULDNT BELIEVE HOW CRAZY SHE ACTED THEN ARGUED WITH ME AS I EXPLAINED I NEEDED A DRINK I WASNT FILLING THE WHOLE CUP "OF WATER"!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS LUCKILY I WAS THE BIGGER PERSON AND DUMPED IT OUT AND LEFT. ONE SIP OF WATER WAS TOOO MUCH AFTER I PAID ALMOST $15 FOR A SANDWICH A FRY AND A DRINK

I would have given them a 5 star service but the young lady forgot my cheese sauce! However, my Roman w/Crispy BACON was 5 STARS! Waffle fries were hot too but, no cheese (at .99) landed them in the garbage.
Parking: There are several businesses in this area that share the same lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: There’s handicapped parking and no steps.
