I went in to grab a sandwich not knowing roughly 4 families before me had placed massive orders. It took some time, but I got what I ordered.
The staff worked hard getting all the orders out. Customers were upset at how long it took. I like to find the positive side of the situation. Each one of those employees showed up today to work. Not a misspoken word was said about how many orders they had! I did notice during this time one employee took his mandatory break and I was okay with him eating.
Im also the annoying person in line that likes to talk to help keep the good vibes going. I do take cues to shut up. After what I went through to live, life is too short to be upset over how long it takes to get a sandwich.
Praise the staff as they deserve a thank you for showing up!
Dietary restrictions: I wanted the Turkey & Bacon Club. Well it had white cheddar, I was able to exchange it out for provolone. The tomato basil bread changed that out for sourdough. I got what I ordered. You have options to explore.

Guy who took our order input the wrong name. So we're standing waiting for our food to come out. Guy calls for Crystal, we wait because her name isn't Crystal. A couple orders come up. The girl making the sandwiches is complaining about how she had to make duplicate orders. She goes back, come back out and i ask about the sandwich we ordered. We paid for it and we would like it. She looks at me like I'm slow and says it's right here, in the bag for Crystal. That is no where in realm of the name we have. I say we need it remade because it had been sitting there getting cold for about 10 minutes at that point. She doesn't say anything, just walks away with it. We see the guy behind the counter haphazardly remaking the sandwich and decide to just get a refund. The young lady with the dark curly hair said that maybe we just shouldn't have ordered a sandwich. Fine, we won't.

My wife and i absolutely love Panera Bread. For fast food, Their food is such great quality. I know they are a bit pricey, but sometimes when you eat out and are in a hurry greasy fries and a burger just isn't it. This location was pretty slow, but food was solid. Thanks Panera!

Worst service ever. I ordered online ahead of time and arrived at the scheduled pickup time. I waited in line for about an hour, and every time I asked the server for an estimated time, she would say it was coming up next. After waiting for an hour, I was told it would take another 15 minutes. This delay caused me to lose two hours due to traffic. I wish they had been honest upfront about the wait time and didn't lie so I could have gone somewhere else instead of wasting an hour of my day.

They basically make you order from the kiosk because no one is out front to take an order and the kiosk doesn’t give you a receipt. Got a bagel with cream cheese for the road. They didn’t cut the bagel offer too toast or even give you a knife to cut it yourself or spread the cream cheese. Really not good

We were only two people, and he gave me only one coffee and I had to share for the second time that we were 2 people and we logically wanted two coffees and I had to repeat 20 times that my coffee was a simple American coffee, the service was terrible, and on top of that he gave me a cold coffee, I don't understand this, this is empty and with a bad rating, they don't have qualified staff, a cold coffee
This is on of our favorite travel plaza because the Starbucks girls always get our order perfect. We walk over to try Panera breakfast for the first time. We ask if there was a way to order bacon and eggs without the bread. Instead of just saying yes we will still need to charge you full price, the young girl at restaurant that apparently hates life and her job said THATS NOT HOW LIFE WORKS! We had almost left before getting to the register because the way she was speaking to every customer in front of us ordering as well. Truckers work to hard in this world for the type of treatment they receive from people that have jobs because we continue to bring supplies for you to sell. Do Better Be Better or don’t work in customer service. 8:45am on 10/6

Always love Panera. My only complaint was the French Onion Soup. It shouldn’t have the consistency of Jello Pudding. Tasted great but nearly had to chew it. I asked woman at the register about it she said that’s the way it’s supposed to be served. Well 59 years thousands of French Onion Soups and a hundred Panera Bread Onions soups this apparently was the first one prepared right?.
