Way too slow. Three workers for the whole restaurant in a travel plaza of all places is ridiculous. Complete failure on management's part.

This place is sooooo slow. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes for something as simple as a Mac & Cheese for one person.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Literally have never seen more apathetic, lazy, could care less service in my life. Took 30 minutes to get our food after 10 minutes of waiting to even get waited on. AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE.
This was TERRIBLE! So unorganized! So dirty! The drink area was just dripping all over the floor and cabinet. Staff were annoyed. Food took 40 minutes to make and all I got was 2 sandwiches and cookies and chips that were bagged and already done. However this place had the worst cookies I’ve ever had! Rock solid!

The cashier Aniya was the rudest person I have ever met in food service before! She ignored me for 10 minutes before finally taking my order and the whole time she was rolling her eyes and gave me attitude. I cant believe she has not been fired...however the manager Morgan was extremely helpful and addressed my concerns professionally. Its nice to see some professional, nice people work here.

I went in and stood at the counter for several minutes waiting to place my order. Two or three people were walking around, but no one greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. I finally called to one of them and asked where I place the order, and they pointed me in the direction of a kiosk. I then notice a handwritten sign saying that they were out of bread. I asked if it was a joke, considering the name of the restaurant is Panera Bread, but they were, in fact, out of bread. After trying to place my order at the kiosk, the screen told me to type in the number of the pager. There were no pagers, and when I asked one of the employees where they were, they shrugged they shoulders and said they never heard of that. I left and went next door to Burger King where I enjoyed prompt and courteous service.

Gave a 1 because I can't give a zero! Horrible service!! The manager, if there is one, needs to be replaced. Took 30 minutes to get our order for two people. The grilled cheese was not grilled at all. Don't try the new crescent sandwich, it was greasy and not good. The baguette and potato chips were the best thing. Do NOT go to this location.

This location only allowed you to order by kioskand not all of them were working. I'm not a fan. There were a few workers making the food, and a worker named Anaya just stood behind the counter, looking at people order on the kiosks. Every time someone asked her a question, she rolled her eyes and acted put out by being asked a question. She did eventually answer the question but made it uncomfortable. They were out of several ingredients and charged you extra to add substitutions for those missing ingredients. The food was good when it finally came, and the young lady who made the food and gave it to us was pleasant and apologized for the delay. I know that this is at a rest stop, and they get the whole spectrum of the public, which can be taxing, but still, that's what you signed up for. I just spent a ton of time on the road and just wanted to rest a few moments and eat, not catch attitude in the process. They seemed short staffed, perhaps, so maybe I just caught them at the wrong moment. However, this was my experience at this location.
The food was prepared excellent. Service rating is based on only the food bring cooked correctly. When you have to order on a kiosk, that means that some service is missing.

I went in to grab a sandwich not knowing roughly 4 families before me had placed massive orders. It took some time, but I got what I ordered.
The staff worked hard getting all the orders out. Customers were upset at how long it took. I like to find the positive side of the situation. Each one of those employees showed up today to work. Not a misspoken word was said about how many orders they had! I did notice during this time one employee took his mandatory break and I was okay with him eating.
Im also the annoying person in line that likes to talk to help keep the good vibes going. I do take cues to shut up. After what I went through to live, life is too short to be upset over how long it takes to get a sandwich.
Praise the staff as they deserve a thank you for showing up!
Dietary restrictions: I wanted the Turkey & Bacon Club. Well it had white cheddar, I was able to exchange it out for provolone. The tomato basil bread changed that out for sourdough. I got what I ordered. You have options to explore.
