Road trip so stopped to get gas and go to Panera in the food court and ordered the spicy chicken fiesta sandwich (hot) received a hot fresh chicken sandwich with only chipotle dressing. The other ingredients were missing 😡🙆♀️urghh

I love penera been eating it for years and it's great to have a somewhat healthy choice out here on the road! However this evening I ordered my food. With a the green tea and it was low but churning at all I asked if they had another dispenser to get a crap attitude from some young girl. I assume the manager asked what was wrong I asked him she over talked me with a crappy attitude he then said excuse me and heard me out and politely said we will make some more. Anther customer asked about his sandwich and she instantly got nasty with him told him she can't do anything about it! Whatever that may have been the young man came from the back and asked again what was the matter he tried explaining and again she spoke over him. The customer shook his head walked away to only have another young lady and this disrespectful one start laughing after a brief I can only assume talk bad about the man by the way they both looked at him laughing. I got a mountain dew then left! Despicable! To the young man that was trying to accommodate the customers thank you. That other girl needs to find another caterer

It's the day before Thanksgiving and everyone is traveling for the holidays. You would think restaurants especially those in rest stops would plan accordingly.
My family and I arrived and placed our order using the fast lane kiosks. After waiting for over 30 minutes we finally heard our name called just to find they got the order all wrong.
Full sandwichs came out as half orders and sides were missing. When we told the staff they were very friendly and made the second half of the sandwiches except they were still wrong. Condiments and add ones where wrong or missing.
The food ultimately was fine and the staff stayed polite and pleasant. However you know travel will be crazy for the holidays and should plan to be staffed.

Food is good as always but order was messed up, arrived 3 hrs before closing amd almost everythingwas out of order, sides, sandwich bread, made a panera sandwich with all my ingredients and then they cap out customizations at 5 so ended up with something else and on top of that even soup was missing croutons, what more to say

It took 40 minutes to get food. They were screwing up the orders ahead of us and being rude to customers who complained about errors. The place is also disgusting either way dust and rust everywhere. Don’t look at the ceiling if you plan to eat here!

They overcharged me for my meal, when I went up to tell them about it I was attacked and treated as if I was the problem. I just wanted a to order a different item since they rang me up incorrectly. There were about 3 workers all trying to explain to me why the guy rang me up wrong. It felt like they were arguing with me and there was nothing to argue about it.
I ended up getting a full refund because the manager didn't offer me anything but. I literally just wanted a refund for that one item or be able to choose a different option. I was there for 30 mins, didn't get any food , and felt extremely uncomfortable with the way they reacted to me.
I only had 45 min to stop.
Also; Their online ordering was closed 2 hours before they were supposed to, this is the reason I order online and ahead of time.
Wasted my whole break.
