Haven’t been to Panera in a while & now I remember why. Breakfast sandwich was completely flavorless. Service was nice enough but very slow. At least the coffee was good. I also ordered a sandwich to have later for lunch. That sandwich was much better but I didn’t get my chips.

Having an employee as for help because there is a line out the door and the managers response is “SO?” so that everyone in line can hear is never a good look.

Just the best salad ever...the summer salad is fantastic. Just don't get it to go....eat it there if you want your fair money's worth. To go is a lot smaller than eating it there. Fact.

Um... mediocre tasting souffle combined with two orders of bacon egg and cheese sandwhiches, that were both made without bacon, which kinda ruins the flavor bc its already kind of a bad sandwich. Just don't bother. And that's not even accounting how service was unbearably slow.

if you're spending $12 for a cup of mac and cheese that comes from a bag you'd think they would take larger bill denominations. everything is so inflated in price.

Asked if vegan soup was avaliable... confused, flighty young guy said he had no idea, and then he scurried around looking for "a paper that's been lost for awhile". Two other girls started guessing which soup might be vegan, one saying she had no idea if there was chicken broth in certain soups. Meanwhile, the young guy in frenzy kept shuffling through papers. Poor service for a Panera. We walked out.

A girl that looks to be a manager, in a pink shirt on march 16th 2025, is extremely loud. My friends and I came to Panera to get work done and she is behind the counter yelling at her coworkers and loudly complaining about how she wants to go home. It is very annoying.

I’m not sure what’s going on with Panera; if it’s this location or all locations. But my order today was horrible. First I ordered the chicken BLT that came without bacon. Then the bread on the sandwiches was very cheap compared to how they were a few months ago. The worst part was the “soup” which was basically water with a hint of flavor and I’m not even trying to be dramatic so I’ve attached pictures. They use to have the best soup and the best bread and it’s just gone down hill. They cheapen the ingredients and raise the prices and it’s really unfortunate. The pictures show the “tomato soup” and “broccoli cheddar soup”.
