Walked in seemed like everyone was just having a good time. Store was practically dead. Ordered our carry out. Bread was not prepared. Pretty sure I saw different workers walk over and cut the same bread for 1 sandwich. Had to substitute bread on 2nd sandwich for baguette, had an INSANE amount of mayo on it. Wrong soup was served entirely. And forgot a bag of chips. Got home. Notified store of the wrong soup. They offered to replace it free of charge.
For what the food costs and the lack of service, this location is a strong pass. This is my 3rd time ever coming to this location with each experience being worse than the last within 5 years. I dont normally leave reviews at all but this one needs attention

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant during my visit at 2:00 p.m. on a Monday December 8, 2025. EVERY table was unsanitary and unclean, and the carpeting was littered with food crumbs, napkins, and other debris. I could not find a clean table. An utterly disgusting experience. Although the manager was apologetic when I brought this to her attention, the restaurant was not understaffed and the lunch rush was already over, which made the condition of the dining area even more concerning. It also makes me wonder how many other customers had to dine in these conditions. Panera, you can and should do better. Please ensure the dining area is maintained throughout the day. The front vestibule is cluttered with leaves. It’s December ?

Honestly pretty disappointed with this Panera. I ordered ahead on mobile, but still ended up waiting about 20 minutes in the drive-thru just to pick it up. When I finally got my food, everything was cold — even the soup. The BBQ chicken sandwich didn’t have any onions on it either, which kinda threw the whole flavor off. I usually like Panera, but this location just missed the mark today

I ordered the Chipotle Chicken, egg, avocado this morning and I only had crumbs of chicken..probably not even a teaspoon. If they were out of chicken I would have ordered something else. Come on this isn't acceptable. I've ordered this sandwich before and always good....but I usually stop at the Elyria restaurant on my way to work.

Love the sip club but the service at this location is awful. Managers are miserable and never a smile. Also, order is NEVER ready and I only order a coffee cup. Something is off here and it could be more profitable if changes were made.
Paid a visit on 9/20/2025 around dinnertime, I ordered 2 bowls of chicken noodle soup for myself and the wife. Waiting over 25 minutes for the soup to be ready, crew was clearly frazzled over the immense amount of drive-through orders. After waiting, manager looks confused and tells me they have no chicken noodle left. Claimed they only had broccoli cheddar. Left the store disappointed with 2 bowls of broccoli cheddar, didn't want to waste another half hour waiting for a refund. Team didn't even offer a free baguette or anything as compensation. Would advise caution trying this location on a Sunday evening. Store was decently clean though, some dirty booths but thats to be expected with so much seating.

Ordered a tuna sandwich and got a turkey instead. Thankfully, it was something I could still eat but definitely not what I wanted. I also wish all of the locations, not just this one, would ask what you want for the side. I never want the bread and would have preferred an apple but because I don’t get Panera that often, I never remember to switch it out. The price for this place is ridiculous but I just need to stay away from it. However, posting the review because of the disappointment in not getting the sandwich I wanted. Feel bad for whoever got my tuna because everyone isn’t a fan of tuna.
