We’re New Yorkers visiting our kid at Oberlin, and we were a little nervous about how we’d be received. Servers were lovely, food was simple and great (fresh veggies in the omelette, excellent potatoes!). They were busy and understaffed but we’re patient people and the food was worth waiting for. The son loved that the server called him “babe.”
Alice and Linda are sweethearts. A cute and cozy little cafe in Downtown Amherst ❤️

If you want a small town atmosphere with decent food with good service, this place will do. The portion of biscuits and sausage gravey was quite small, but the flavor was fine.

Came in and there was only three people seated and one picking up to go order. No one gave us a menu nor asked us if we wanted something to drink. Instead, the waitress was busy emptying dirty dishes and ignoring us. We walked out never to return. Don’t waste your time.
