Jane at Starbucks was very rude. She stood infront of me organizing something making it difficult for me to place me order. Then when I tried to buy one of their over priced key chains she took the customer behind me. I had to specifically tell her I wanted to buy it.
Absolutely ridiculous
This shop used to be awful! The last time I was in here, about six months ago, there were two female employees. One looked as if she smiled her face would fall off, she was short and rude and declined to make eye contact. While standing in line for my drink, the other one asked a customer, can I help you ma’am? He in no way resembled a woman! Work clothes, ball cap, short haircut. When he said yes his voice was male, but the girl never even noticed! No apologies. ***this time there were two of the sweetest young girls working. They made awesome drinks and fun conversation. It has greatly improved.
Dietary restrictions: The milk selection is great; they have everything! Plus all foods containing allergens are easy to identify.

The morning staff look like they just crawled out of bed. No greeting. No personality. Act like they are being bothered. The dude was annoyed when he had to set his phone down. He put his hands all over the cup lid. No service skills at all.

I never come back to this place, because I stopped to take a coffee at 9:40 o’clock they must work to 10 o’clock but they was closed.

Courtney at Starbucks was friendly , helpful and generally awesome. We tried to stop at the earlier Ohio re stop and that was an understaffed disaster. I hope they give her a raise, a new car and any other company perks. Truckers and travellers REALLY appreciate swift service and kindness.

Got a small vanilla latte. Should have none to taste it before I left The girl with pink hair who helped me looked like she was having a hard time making it. I drive a semi so after I got down the road a little bit I took a drink. Tasted like water with a lil coffee. Didn’t even taste or smell vanilla. 7 bucks down the drain. Never go back again

This review DOES NOT reflect the employee who was hustling her behind off to keep up with the long line of customers (running register, making drinks, heating food, etc) - this review does reflect Starbucks's choice to keep their locations poorly staffed and putting entirely way too much work & demand on employees. Wish there were better choices for coffee on turnpike service plazas.

Butter croissant tasted like old stale refrigerator air (I don’t know how else to explain it but if you know you know). We ordered 2 warm chocolate chip cookies and were served them cold, still in their shipping packaging, with the date stickers still on them. See photo. Not only is that blatantly lazy and disrespectful, but it violates company policy to serve customers something with a date sticker still on it. It ruins the illusion that the food is fresh and worth the damn $5 you’re paying. I used to be a store manager for Starbucks, and if I had run my store like this location I’d be ashamed. Take some pride in your work for gods sake. Thanks for ruining our “lunch.”

I ordered a cappuccino and oatmeal for breakfast, asking three times if they had oatmeal. Instead, they started making me a cappuccino with oat milk. No one apologized after my remark; they just said "okay" with an absolutely cold, glassy stare and continued making the coffee. I asked for the price difference to be refunded. Overall, Starbucks service has dropped below zero in recent years. When I start my morning, I want to have a cup of coffee and begin my day, instead of being looked at as if I already owe them something, considering that a cup of coffee costs seven dollars.If you don't like your job, are not ready to follow the company's guidelines and the basic principles of customer service, then change your job and stop ruining everyone's mood, including my coffee.

WORST STARBUCKS COFFEE EVER!
Read others comments seem like everybody had the same problem, no matter you order coffee or green tea latte you can only feel straight milk!
