This shop used to be awful! The last time I was in here, about six months ago, there were two female employees. One looked as if she smiled her face would fall off, she was short and rude and declined to make eye contact. While standing in line for my drink, the other one asked a customer, can I help you ma’am? He in no way resembled a woman! Work clothes, ball cap, short haircut. When he said yes his voice was male, but the girl never even noticed! No apologies. ***this...
Courtney at Starbucks was friendly , helpful and generally awesome. We tried to stop at the earlier Ohio re stop and that was an understaffed disaster. I hope they give her a raise, a new car and any other company perks. Truckers and travellers REALLY appreciate swift service and kindness.
