I usually frequent this starbucks, & everything is always perfect. Today was especially amazing. I’m not sure who made my coffee but it is terrific, & Becky was also very nice. :^)

The staff was pleasant enough but my beverage left a lot to be desired. I've ordered the same beverage at other Starbucks locations and it was excellent. This one was watery and bitter. Sadly it will be awhile before I try Starbucks again.

We just had our worst experience at Starbucks ever, me and my husband made a stop at, not our usual location and they were very busy. We knew our order would take awhile so we decided to go in. There was a younger gentleman who simply put the order in wrong, we explained to them the drink was wrong graciously and one girl snapped at us with attitude stating “That’s not what’s on the drink”, in an extremely rude tone to the point I said it out loud how rude that was, in front of the entire full store, I have never experienced that at a Starbucks. She acted like she wouldn’t fix it for us also and ignored my husband. Then the manager comes over and gives us the EXACT same attitude, saying the exact same statement. We clearly didn’t put the order into the register. Never in my life have experienced that when we were very nice about it and just asked to fix our drinks properly. After that the manager was like “Fine I’ll fix it”. We had a half attempt of an apology afterwards.
There was one young blonde girl she was extremely nice and made our drinks properly with a smile, very sweet girl who had to make up for their attitudes.
Will never go there again.

I went there and ordered, went to pull up to the window and realized I forgot my wallet at home, so I pecked on the window to let them know to cancel the order so as not to waste anything. I pecked on the window and the woman looked up from her phone, glared for a second and promptly went back to her phone. I waited a few minutes while she scrolled and eventually another woman came to the window. I explained to her my mistake forgetting my wallet and apologized. The only response I got was "Don't knock on the window, it scared the baristas" in a very rude and condensation manner. Sorry I guess, I should have just not cared and drove off without telling them? What else could I have done? Needless to say, I'll be going to dunking on 58 instead.

The Starbucks inside of the target... I recently visited and the barista who was on cash register cussed at me and was beyond rude because of a mistake she made on her cash drawer. I offered a "don't worry" only for her to cuss in my face. Confusing to say the least. Wouldn't usually leave a bad review or complain but on top of her cussing at me- she also gave me the wrong change AND the coffee was a little over half full and tasted like old coffee water.

I know it’s small or petty because well, it’s a cup of coffee. It’s not that a mistake was made because it happens, it’s the response from the person who answered the phone. I believe her name was Zoey. I ordered a grande pecan crunch oatmilk latte, get to the window and the nicest cashier apologized that they were out of the pecan, which wasn’t a problem. She recommended the chestnut praline flavor instead. I said sure that will be good. I get the drink and drive away. I’m on rt 2 and it’s made with dairy and has whipped cream. I call in to let them know and I’m not even upset. She placed the blame on me for not asking for oatmilk again. I ordered an oatmilk latte and you just swapped the flavor. She wasn’t nice on the phone and made it seem like I just wanted a free drink.

I have come to this location three times, hoping for a different outcome. I don't know why. The drive thru is absolutely TERRIBLE. The wait in the drive thru JUST to get someone to take your order is over 5 minutes. Then another 5-10 to wait for your drink to be made. For a drive thru, this is absolutely not convenient.

Why is everyone such a hater at this location?!?! Their attitudes are embarrassing. I feel so badly for the one amazing girl who works here everyone else is absolutely miserable.

This is the absolute worst Starbucks in America. Needs new management desperately. Such a convenient location for our community to have such awful poor service…truly the worst and I’m not one to leave very many reviews unless I truly feel something needs to be brought to attention. Zero stars if I could. Starbucks please this establishment in the Oak point road Amherst Ohio location!!!

The worst Starbucks I've ever been to. They are astronomically slow. I usually try to be considerate since I used to work at Dunkin and understand how coffee places work, but they are so insensitively slow it enrages me. Would rather go into the Target next door that only has one worker half the time. Made me wait 15 minutes at the speaker because they were "training someone" at 3:00 pm? Why are you training people when there is a long line and people are getting off of work? I understand this starbucks is newer, but this problem is not getting better. Hope to hear better things in the future.

literally always the sweetest baristas and my drink is made perfectly. today i’ve been super nervous since it’s my induction date, and wanted to treat myself to my favorite drink. not sure of her name, but the barista with beautiful curly red hair and glasses was SO kind and told me that i was very pretty and glowing. it made my WHOLE day— one of the very few starbucks locations that keep third place alive even while understaffed and during peak. thank you!!!!

Kudos to your baristas! We received the most delicious drinks this afternoon. The dragon drink and white chocolate macadamia nut cold brew were extra tasty. Friendly and fast drive thru. Highly recommended!

I waited for over 7 minutes at the drive thru window, decided to pull around after nobody assisted me at the speaker. The blonde girl with glasses gave me a nasty look and attitude when I asked for my already PRE-ORDERED drink, which I ordered 20 minutes before I arrived. She said they were helping someone with their credit card. Doesn't hurt to tell me so I don't sit there like a bum. Please work on your communication skills, this is absolutely not ok, especially after I payed $6 for my drink!
