Got myself and my sister footlong subs from this location. Gave me a hard time about putting a lot of black olives on a sub. Told me only 6 olives per sub. Literally my sisters sub is the most basic sub. Only has pepperoni and red sauce with the black olives. Most subways don't mind putting g a decent amount of black olives on her sub.

I ordered online and they didn't make my sandwich as requested. My bread was so hard and chewy, it was barely edible! Hardly any veggies! I guess if you're not in the store watching and requesting, people just can't do their job! Please check your bread! If it's old toss it!

I went over the weekend to get some lunch before I go home. Well, I won't be going back and wasting any more money there! They've upped their prices and then on top of that I had to go back in after I went to my car to leave because what I ordered wasnt even what was on the receipt! He said oh we just recently upgraded our menu and changed the system and those things aren't on there any longer! Are u seriously kidding me.....so instead of the company fixing that problem they are going to charge a few dollars extra, and to boot he said oh we are putting double cheese on everything, oh really well I barely even got a handful! Unbelievable and ridiculous smh.

Stopped by this store on way to go fishing on Lake Erie. Food was fresh, employees great and store clean!!!

When it was time for topping on a meatball sub I asked for a lot of black olives. The Male attendant placed about two tablespoons across the footlong. I asked for more and he placed another tablespoon. I said please put a lot of black olives, as this is the main topping I want. He refused and said he is not allowed to. Terrible customer service and staff with no training. Another female attendant was making a footlong for another customer and it was piled so high with toppings she could hardly close it into a wrapper. Go somewhere else please !

Do not order online. They don't pay attention and just get everything wrong. These kids are too privileged now a days. Subway needs to stop hiring kids and start hiring adults. I guess this is what you get from spoon fed suburban kids, lack of pride in their work.

One of the employees had a staying problem. Then severally shorted on toppings.

I just started patronizing subway restaurants this year, 2025. When the girls are working, my sandwich is made right and the experience is pleasant. When the boys are working, its like my mere presence is an annoyance to them. The blonde boy that made my sandwich tonight acted like he was super irritated to be at work. Kept saying "you dont want cheese right" "you dont want any toppings right" "you just want the sandwich right" to rush me out I presume. Well, I had him add the cheese and toppings and had my sandwich made somewhat how I prefer it regardless of how fast he tried to rush me out. There was no one else in line so it was not an issue of efficiency. I understand this is a fast food type restaurant and not to expect much, but honestly I just want the sandwich made reasonably decent. I just want what I paid for. And perhaps, to not feel like I'm bothering someone who is literally being paid to be there.

Girl didn't toasty sub she didn't wait for the timer to go off she put it in for maybe 50 seconds

Was there today grabbed 2 meatball subs and some other things everyone that ate meatball subs got sick. Stay away from this place!

I wouldn't recommend ordering through the app. My last two orders have been completely wrong; not just one or two missing veggies on a sandwich, but an entirely different sandwich with entirely different meats, veggies, and condiments.

Ordered a turkey sub from doordash but got a pepperoni and ham -_-

The staff is super friendly and food is always fresh and delicious!
