This was my go to taco bell! One night it was raining so bad and I was very hungry so i just walked there, and then the staff was shocked to see me and told me how did i get in, well because you left the door open! And the staff is so rude, the women are so arrogant and thereās this old man working he is very arrogant! I even told i just wanna do pick up but they were like noooo. Just leave. I mean okayyyy. The most arrogant and rude staff of taco bell i came across. They really need a better stafff!!!!

me and my friend were trying to stop somewhere to grab food after a long drive and from the start were treated with disrespect. the microphone guy talked low and unprofessional then we get the window the lady said all of our food will be cold and still made us wait. we finally got our food after the guy caught an attitude and argued with us for pulling to the wrong spot and the food was still cold!

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLEā¦. I ordered a plain cheese quesadilla from here in the drive thru for my child and they put the jalapeƱo sauce on it which is too spicy for my 2 year old. So I go back through the drive thru and they say they will make it right. Well I pull up to the window and they tell me that because I didnāt say that I didnāt want the jalapeƱo sauce on the plain cheese quesadilla they canāt remake it for me. I showed them that my son did not eat the first quesadilla and even offered to give it back!!! Then they proceeded to tell me that if I want it made the correct way, I have to pay for another quesadilla!!!! Absolutely CRAZY. Zero stars if I could.

After choking to death on the 5 lbs of salt they put on the nachos I went to find the rest of the food we ordered. Not a damn thing right lol first you try killing me with sodium then you mess up THREE tacos or whatever garbage you threw in there. Iād travel 2929 miles to another Taco Bell than have this crap again.

I used to go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell because they were the best but after messing up my order last couple times I've been there and no response through email I guess I have to give a bad review. My sister is highly allergic to lettuce and I ordered hers without lettuce but the past couple times we've been there they mess it up and put lettuce on everything. This is unacceptable to someone that could have a bad allergic reaction to something not made right. Taco Bell you need to be more aware of these situations and do your best to get orders right.
