I used to go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell because they were the best but after messing up my order last couple times I've been there and no response through email I guess I have to give a bad review. My sister is highly allergic to lettuce and I ordered hers without lettuce but the past couple times we've been there they mess it up and put lettuce on everything. This is unacceptable to someone that could have a bad allergic reaction to something not made right. Taco Bell you need to be more aware of these situations and do your best to get orders right.

Sadly I can’t give this location a negative score. Got 2 potato tacos with light sauce, an order of nachos and cheese, an order of fries and cheese and the new Mountain Dew midnight. Even had him double check verbally. I pulled to the window and the girl started to ask me if I had the “steak”? I gave her a weird look and then she walked away to grab someone behind her. I give this girl the benefit of the doubt because poor thing seemed new and flustered. She apologized and then got my correct order. I even told her that the potato tacos were with light sauce. Confirmed it again, verbally and now on the receipt I received. When I got home I was pretty upset. I spent a little over 10$ for 2 “potato tacos, nachos and cheese, fries and cheese and a small drink. What I got was what was supposed to be the tacos but it had 2 pieces of dried up crisp potato pieces with the most sauce I’d ever seen. I looked at the second one and that one had 3 pieces of dried potatoes and sauce everywhere. French fries tasted like they had a nice crunchy fry to it and then just obliterated them with the dorito dust.
So nachos and cheese are the only thing that they had done. And mind you, this was after 8pm on my way home from work. It was a ghost town. So it wasn’t like they were slammed! Things get stressful but this was not cool. I didn’t take any pictures and I don’t know who the employee was. Just hoping someone at this location sees this and maybe retrain or train your employees.

I recently visited this Taco Bell location and was disappointed with my experience. The posted hours stated that the dining room would be open until 10:00 PM, but it was locked well before that time, preventing customers from dining in or placing an order inside. Unfortunately, my vehicle could not go through the drive-thru, which left me unable to order at all and forced me to find another place to eat. The staff did not seem concerned about the early closure or the inconvenience it caused. Clear communication of actual operating hours and adherence to posted times would greatly improve the customer experience.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Ordered a cheesy ordinary crunch supreme, with nachos and cheese and soda. Upon recieving my order I checked my bag and the chips were missing. While I waited for the kind girl at the window to give me the chips, I checked my taco. It was missing tomatoes. I mentioned it was missing tomatoes and the worker who was handling the food denied giving any to me. Although I was charged for supreme, I didnt want o make a fuss about tomatoes so I told the girl its OK. Upon eating my taco I realized there was also barely any meat in it. My taco was mostly shell. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERR, better to go to a different taco bell

Why do I continue to pay extra for stuff on items and then not receive said extras. Ask for steak and get beef. Ask for guacamole and don’t get any at all…. Can yall just do your damn job right. I’m tired of wasting my damn money.

Why is it that you can’t even get a napkin? I’m eating messy tacos and I look in the bag for a napkin..no napkin!! Now I didn’t happen to have baby wipes in the car, I would’ve had to turn around and go back!! Every time I go to this restaurant, there is either something wrong with my food or I’m missing utensils, napkins, sauce etc. DO BETTER TACO BELL!!

I put in a mobile order and after waiting about 10 minutes in line for my food, I'm glad I checked it before I left as a burrito supreme was missing and those aren't cheap. I went in and waited about another 10 minutes standing at the front counter before even being acknowleged. Even though I was off and on staring at the manager, Dennis, and I know he looked right at me at least twice. I ended up having to wave my arms around to get him to do more than look.

Went through the drive through and ordered all tacos... i have never had such skimpy portions, amounts were less than a tablespoon full of meat, and cheese and lettuce did not fill 1/2 a shell. After returning to the restaurant, the manager stated "that's how they're supposed to be"... we tried to explain everything, mid conversation, she turned her back to us and proceeded to make another order. Never again... the prices are too high for what they're serving! Poor service. Poor attitude. Do better Amherst Taco Bell.
