A week ago my husband held a fabulous Birthday Party here for me. It was SOO FUN and the staff (especially Mgr Jason and bartender Jacob) were wonderful! The delicious food was served buffet style, and there was plenty for all! (we even got to take the leftovers home). They had the room decorated for the holidays (and there were additional birthday touches put up during the day for my party) which made the space feel cosy and warm for all my family and friends to gather. Their brews are delicious. I love their Kita stout, and they made sure there was plenty of it on hand! I highly recommend holding your event here! Bravo The Brew Kettle Amherst! and Thank you!
Food was great nice place server was horrible still left a decent tip all we had was wings and alcohol came from out of town to see family. WEspent 600.00 the server came outside yelling at my husband she said she wanted more for a tip wow where do they do that my bill was paid what I tip u is up to me caused a huge seen how embarrassing I'm sure next time another establishment will want my money never again.

Evening of Oct 17 2024 marks the third time I walked into this place and got no service after the bar maid looked me right in the eyes.

I come here after working a 12 hour day for a beer, food, and want to watch a Guardians game. The bar is packed and the back bar is reserved but only half full. They told me to sit somewhere else, so I sat at Quaker Steak in Vermilion, I won’t be back.

Sandwich didn’t seem fresh, wasn’t very warm. And waitress brought us our check without us asking for it. We were planning on getting at least 1 more drink but it felt like she was rushing us out.

Got a cheese burger, hamburger that was way over cooked, 2 orders cheese fries, and one order of onion petals, one coke bill was 50.32. Mcdonalds burgers are bigger then these were. Never again. The prices are way to expensive for what you get. Only ate a 1/4 of the hamburger.
Enjoy they have some new items but also brought back some of the old.. patio is a wonderful sitting area and the craft beer list!!

Our visit was on Sunday, Sept 15 at ;30 pm. There were 5 of us. First off, we waited 10 min to be taken to our table with only 1 couple ahead of us . The hostess moved slowly and disinterestedly, laboriously counting out menus and cutlery . Our server was equally disinterested and inefficient , came to table several times without taking our total beer order and not asking if we wanted appetizers. When she brought the 3 beers , she stated I dont know which beer is which and set them down together on the table, leaving it to us to figure out. She left appetizer plates stacked on the side of table where we had stacked them until after we had gotten our entrees and started eating . our beer glasses were emty for quite some time before we were asked if we wanted another. Food was another issue. Had a Grilled Zucchini entree salad for $13, it was the size of a side salad and i was charged 50 cents for a tiny bit of dressing when i stated i didnt want the red wine vinegar dressing which came with it. The Locals Plate was a $17 joke, 2 small sausages , 4 pieroghis which looked like Mrs. T's frozen ones, and a small dish of applesauce. There was a $2 charge for a small dish of cheese sauce . The skimpy portion of fried green beans was $12 ,(hardly enough to share ) The place was not at all busy and I now understand why , The downsized menu sucks. We used to enjoy dining there but we will not be back.

The only reason we go to this restaurant is to hear Tom Frankeburger play, but the service and wait staff are awful. After our experience on Wednesday, Aug 7, 2024, we are finished giving them our business. We were told there would be a 30 minute wait, (which was fine) and ask if we could wait outside, (where Tom was playing). The hostess said that was ok, but we wouldn’t see a waitress for at least 30 minutes. There were only 3 tables filled out there, and 6 of those people were our friends. The waitress had a meltdown, when we sat down and went storming inside. Another person came out and demanded that we leave the table and wait in the bar area. We waited inside and not a single person was ever seated outside during this time. Finally, after being seated 30 minutes later, there were 3 different items that we tried to order, that they were out of. The salad came without the dressing, and even after asking for it, I finally went inside to get it. The excuse was that the kitchen was backed up. Don’t waste your time, unless you want an evening of frustration.
