Staff was rude and unwelcoming. I felt really awkward being ignored by staff even though they knew I had walked in. 0 guests in dinning area and only one person who had already ordered. Easily stood there 5 mins before anyone even acknowledged me. An additional 3 mins before my order was taken.the young man was not friendly. Just really an unpleasant experience. I definitely won't be going there agian anytime soon! Do better!

I ordered a five dollar ginger bacon, cheeseburger, biggie bag, and I specifically stated twice.No tomato, because i'm allergic.I found chunks of tomato on my burger.My fries were cold.I paid for a ranch because I ordered the buffalo and the ranch, and they gave me two buffalo.The couple I seen. We're not wearing slip safe restaurant approved shoes. They were not wearing gloves while handling food, open food. At that.

Waited 20 minutes for chicken nuggets because the girl there said she couldn’t find my car. Would have been waiting all night if I didn’t go through the drive through.

Food is always fresh. I don't think I have ever had an order messed up there and that seems like a miracle. The workers are polite and repeat your order to you which helps ensure order accuracy. I frequent this location.

My husband really wanted a burger from Wendy’s. He looked up the hours of operation online. It said they were open until 3am, it was 9:10pm. Plenty of time….
All lights were out, the parking lot was empty. Closed

I ordered a baconator and it had 1 piece of bacon, I called store to get a replacement manager said they wrote my name down to pick up. I get there and my name isn't on the book luckily I remembered managers name that I spoke with sad a baconator is $10 for 1 piece of bacon, next time I'll spend my money somewhere else very sad.

This Wendy's was in bad shape, I should have walked out right away.
1. Lobby was a mess, dirty tables, trash on floor, etc. I chalked it up to being shorthanded.
2. After we ordered I asked for Iced tea and was told we are out because we are switching to a different brand. No problem, I will get something else.
3. While our sandwiches were being made, about 6-7 minute wait, they put our fries on the tray right away. No excuse for this, this is just. a basic mistake. Fries are supposed to be the last thing to come out to ensure they are hot. I blame management for poor training.
3. Bathroom, toilet did not flush and was not marked out of order.
4. Ketchup dispensers we empty and broken, but still had ketchup in them. If they aren't in working order, take them out of service.

I'm just presuming I hit them at a bad time, but we waited quite a while to have our orders taken and the tables and the drink station and the trash receptacles were a mess.

What is going on here these days. Always an extremely long line and wait in drive through line. The other day it took over 30 mins for me to even be able to order. Super slow service!!!!

Ordered two party packs of nuggets on app. Took 20 mins to get there. Then took 40 mins to get my order.
Kids running restaurant all have a lost deer in headlight look.
Don't have a clue what anyone else is doing, what order is next, what drinks are needed.
Train the staff to actually do the job correctly and efficiently.
Service is becoming extremely slow and rude.

I ordered through the drive thru passing through town with my family. The food was the worst I have ever gotten. The bun was hard as a rock. I actually reached out to corporate and give my information to someone at the store. They did send me one email and I replied. I have sent 3 additional emails and still no response. Pretty disappointed. Will not be back and recommend nobody else as well. Management doesn't care.
