I have a gluten allergy and when I come to chipotle, they always change their gloves and get things from the back that haven’t been on the line. The line worker refused to accommodate me, even when his coworker told him that was not the policy. We opted to leave because I’d rather be hungry than deal with rude workers and sickness.

DONT ORDER ONLINE HERE! The food they use for making online orders is different than the food they serve walk in customers. The food they use for online orders is noticeably old and not fresh, like night and day difference. The chicken I got was clearly made yesterday with how chewy and dry it was. Also, they just mix all the salsas????? I ordered corn salsa and got Mild salsa mixed in with it as well????? Also wanted sour cream and got none????? I come here regularly and never a problem this bad. Probably never coming back 👎🏼.

Look, we all know that Chipotle has majorly gone down hill, the service and the food quality and quantity have gone down considerably and the prices have gone up. This location, however, is generally the least crappy in the city. The food is usually pretty good, they’re rarely out of anything, and the people are even kinda nice sometimes. Tonight I even saw one of the young employees cleaning which, let’s face it, is super rare.

Never heard so much foul language from employees in my life. NOT very family friendly. Food is sub-par depending on who makes it. Don't recommend getting food to go, they will tip the bowl on its end to put it in the bag instead of tipping the bag. I ordered two bowls and both were missing beans and sour cream, so out of like 5 total ingredients, you missed 2. You cannot call the restaurant without getting an AI bot that will not pass you through to the restaurant. I went through the stupid app chat to report the issue, and it gave me two free drinks. I have no interest in free drinks-- my food was messed up, and what makes any business think that incorrect food = a drink. Honestly, this location is always inconsistent, and we are all tired of playing Russian roulette. Do better or just close up shop.

Today, February 1st at 9 p.m my husband and I went to pick up a mobile order. Since we got there early we went inside to wait for our order so we didn't have to run our car. There was a worker on the line named Owen who we saw (as well as another couple) dip chips into the guacamole! Not in a bowl or anything! A chip on the line from where they serve the customers and from the guacamole on the line. I'm calling to report them to the health department as he was also digging for chips and did not change his serving gloves. I work in food service as a lead so I am extremely aware of health code standards and this was a huge violation.
