This place was once my favorite place to stop, happy faces, 4-5 people working, today I walked in, nobody there, the place was filthy, there was a black car with tinted windows in the parking lot, not sure if anyone was in it, felt like I was in the Ghetto, I won't be back.

I ordered online 3 subs all with extra cheese & meat costing me an extra $9.00.. when my husband picked them up & brought them home we were very disappointed to find just regular portions of both on all three subs..it even stated the purchase on the receipt., they were majority vegetables.. if customers are paying that extra price it is up to the employees to PAY ATTENTION to what is ordered because life is busy to have to run bk up to the restaurant & get the order done right what is the point of ordering online?

Please bring back the original wrap...using the flatbread allows all the fillings to fall out and is very messy. It changes the flavor of my favorite sub, too!

Very disappointed with service and server’s attitudeNo sense of customer service. I guess this location is trying to squeeze more money for less foodSever was finishing a drive thru order when i get there, didn’t greet me or anything, just gave me a cold look with silence.“ Normally people says someone will be with you shortly”, but not at this locationWent in to order a foot long sandwich with eggs. I travel to all states and i know there is always 4 egg patties in a footlong but guy working here said he can only give me 3 patties as this is their store policy, i told him its always 4 egg patties in a footlong but he refused.I left without ordering food as I don’t wanna be ripped off

It's subway you know what to expect before you walk in the door. It's average food for an a higher than what it should be cost. Foot long is a little more resonable if you're hungry enough to eat that much.

Went in with my wife and daughter, walked in was met with a “ be right there” from the back “ok cool no worries take ur time” moments later a female with blonde and green hair and a male named Thomas came walking from the back adjusting there clothes and giggling……. Odd but whatever…… they put gloves on (without washing hands) ok at-least there’s gloves…… we order or sandwiches, meats, toaster….. things are well…….. sandwiches come out time for veggies……. Thomas then proceeds to put veggies on our sandwiches next thing we know he’s EATING THE VEGGIES WITH HIS GLOVED HANDS AS HES PUTTING THEM ON THE SANDWICH!!!!!! I’m not talking a pop of a pickle like popcorn, I’m talking fingers, knuckle deep in his throat putting pickles in his mouth!!!!! I was SHOCKED didn’t register till I paid what I had saw! I was trying to maintain myself and my wife. Needless to say I paid $40 for sandwiches that were chucked out the window down the highway and my family and I went to another restaurant. Covid is still very much a thing let alone just the lack of pure common since and care for other ppl. Do better Thomas. Do better training and hiring subway.
