As always we love Wendy's it's just their prices are a bit excessive I mean I worked there as a GM for several years in Tennessee and I thought the prices were outrageous then but you know my favorite thing there of course is the process and it's like you order a large and it's the size of a small drink that's horrible for the price I could go you know Thornton's actually sells soft serve ice cream you serve yourself and you can get a huge huge 44...
The food was good and fresh. Everything was nice and clean but the customer service wasn't there. Everyone watched us enter the restaurant. No one greeted us upon entering. However, once we ordered, they continued laughing and talked among each other, but they never said anything to us. After receiving our food, they didn't thank us, invite us back or anything. It was a weird vibe, not welcoming AT ALL.
My 5-year-olds reg 6pc nuggets were made spicy. However, I didn't realize until we got home. Called, and they said they'd replace them if I'd like. So, I went back, and the manager was so nice. He replaced with fresh nuggets and offered us a complimentary drink/frosty. Made my son's day!
