Placed my order before I left work for pickup. Got there and there was a car at the pickup window. I sat behind this car for almost ten minutes. In my experience when I have arrived to pickup my order before it'd ready I have been asked to pull forward if someone pulls up behind me. Its a convenience that I appreciate and it's frustrating to wait almost ten minutes instead of them moving the car ahead. I'm tired and hungry after a long day of work and sitting there was frustrating.

They have pre order on line for pick up but every time i order on line and im ordering and hr ahead of time at least just to pull up and have to wait more than 5 mins NO BUENO

Their online ordering doesn't work. They tell you that everyone complains that it doesn't work and each day something else is broken, yet they refuse to let you use coupons. It's the biggest marketing scam I've seen in a very long time.
Use to beable to get crust toppers on the pizza ? garlic butter cup went up in price other than that good pizza ?

We love the Pepperoni Magnifico pizza! Since this has been added to the menu this has been our go to pizza. We've ordered from multiple Marcos but we prefer the Archbold location. Our orders are always ready on time, we don't live in the delivery area, employees are always friendly, pizzas are always done correctly and the price is great!
Love the new ordering system and specials! Food is excellent, service is excellent, site is excellent, prices are excellent and the people are top notch! Love the drive thru pick up window!
