Went to this mcdonald’s around 3:23pm on 8/26/25 and i’m Very Impressed with this mcdonald’s. The fries were crispy, the burgers were great. Everything was stacked in the bag very neat. The 2 girls that were in the windows were nice and respectful.

I go to McDonald’s before my 12 hr shift and Ive never left in a bad mood. They’re always quick making my order (which is still very hot when I open the bag) they always have a nice attitude and smiles on their face. I wish I knew the girl who gives me my foods name because she is genuinely super sweet and kind.

This place has been very dirty lately the tables are dirty and they have a ant problem they were crawling all over the tables and floor today not the kind of place to enjoy a meal the health dept needs to pay them a visit

They really need to stop putting onions on, no onion burgers, which I know happens a lot. And maybe having an AT LEAST WARM Big Mac would be nice, but no. Incompetent employees need to learn how to use the machines properly i swear to god. The management is more stupid than me, and I don't know how people can genuinely say they're orders are usually correct cos mine never are.

I know alot of negativity is posted about McDonald's but I would like to commend the staff/management at the Archbold store. We visit that store sometimes 5x in a week either for breakfast or lunch. Each item we have gotten this week has been perfect. Enough gravy on the biscuits, excellent tasting fries, nuggets & cheeseburger. Not sure what has changed, but it is definitely for the better. Perhaps other stores could use some training/advice from the Archbold facility. Keep up the great work Archbold!! You are doing awesome..
