I love this McDonald's, I do not care where I am living in Northwest Ohio - I will ALWAYS make the trip to come to this McDonald's. The establishment is always clean and orderly (even the bathrooms!), Food is always hot and Fresh, and drinks are always cold and filled properly. The drive-through moves at an appropriate speed. I don't know what it is about this McDonald's, but KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! If I were a regional for this McDonald's / area I'd give that whole team a raise!

My past 2 visits have been less than pleasant. On Aug 28th I was asked to pull into the drive through parking spot. I then proceeded to wait 30 minutes before I had to flag the employee down bringing out orders in order to get mine.
Tonight my family was in the drive through and we're asked to wait a moment for our order to be taken. 15 minutes later and 2 cars that had arrived after us in the other lane, and we still had not been served.

Went to this mcdonaldās around 3:23pm on 8/26/25 and iām Very Impressed with this mcdonaldās. The fries were crispy, the burgers were great. Everything was stacked in the bag very neat. The 2 girls that were in the windows were nice and respectful.

I go to McDonaldās before my 12 hr shift and Ive never left in a bad mood. Theyāre always quick making my order (which is still very hot when I open the bag) they always have a nice attitude and smiles on their face. I wish I knew the girl who gives me my foods name because she is genuinely super sweet and kind.

This place has been very dirty lately the tables are dirty and they have a ant problem they were crawling all over the tables and floor today not the kind of place to enjoy a meal the health dept needs to pay them a visit
They really need to stop putting onions on, no onion burgers, which I know happens a lot. And maybe having an AT LEAST WARM Big Mac would be nice, but no. Incompetent employees need to learn how to use the machines properly i swear to god.
