Staff is always super kind and go as quickly as they're able too! Drive thru definitely takes longer so it's faster to go inside. Products are fresh, just wish they'd have more soup during the winter months. They seem to run out fairly quickly.

As an employee here, I will state my review on the customers. I enjoy seeing people smile and I always apologize and fix any of my mistakes I make (as I should), but I don’t understand how some people complain about the prices or the quality of our food when none of that can’t be handled by the employees. It’s all up to what corporate wants us to serve, so please do not yell at me nor my young coworkers because you don’t like the quality of our food.

I’ve gone here multiple times and while the service is typically good they are never open during their hours. I usually go when they are opening, but always wait a little past 8 to try and order. The open lights will be on and it will be 8:15 but nobody responds at drive through and the door is locked for inside orders. I know opening a store can be hard, but this has happened multiple times to me

I was at the Archbold store in Archbold Ohio and the so called all 5 workers were Managers. Took my order 3 times and and the end still got it wrong. Didn't my green pepper and 4 got didn't toasted right it took times to get my order toasted. I was not satisfied. They need to get train again.

They completely messed up our order. No one asked for red onions, yet they put them on all the subs. The only thing they got right was the bread, but they still didn't toast it. They put almost everything on there. Not very good...
