Kid-friendliness: They talk to the kids. Like they are grown up to order their self. But ok it with the adults. Makes the kids feel important

Staff is always so friendly and courteous, but this is my second time in the past month to order iced Chai latte, and there's practically no Chai flavor, just very cold milk. Has the ratio of flavor to milk changed? I could have cold milk at home. Very disappointing; these used to be superb.

This place would be great with a little atmosphere and a touch of urgency. Service is too slow. Waiting in line for a simple coffee is no bueno. Hope it gets

Excellent service, relaxing atmosphere. Large variety of drink choices in coffee or tea, hot or frozen. I frequently go there, sometimes 3+ times a week.
Great coffee and quiet seating. Good WiFi, too!
