The fact the app never works when ordering from this store is always inconvenient and a pain to call in… and then when you place a order online usually try to do the online deals but it never works.. then we you call it in its $20 more.. then when get put on hold it’s 5-10 minutes at a time… and one week they will let me do the online deal over the phone the next week they can’t do that.. if the online ordering would just work it would eliminate a lot issues

Made a mobile order to be picked up at a certain time. Showed up and sat for 30 mins waiting on my food. 30 mins past pickup time and it still wasn't ready. Do not use mobile order here unless you have unlimited time.

Went there with a friend for the first time in 5 years I have to say the appetizers were really good and very filling I was only able to eat a portion of them but have a nice variety of different food and the chicken wings seem to have gotten far better

Food is consistently mediocre which i appreciate consistency. Service lately has been pretty slow and leaves a lot to be desired. Wings did come out cold, rest of the food was hot. I didn't complain, we had been waiting long enough already.

Will not be back! Everything I order pickup, the food is cold and old. Bartenders always seem like they despise having to give the take out orders! Ordered last night....said order would be ready at 9:20. Arrived at 9:18......had to wait 5 minutes being told they were bagging it up. Got food home, cheese sticks were rock hard and cold, wedges and burgers were all cold. NOT warm but COLD! stickers on all food said it was done at 9:07 so why wasn't it ready when I showed up and why was it done at 9:07 if the order wasn't to be picked up until 9:20. Ridiculous for the price! Won't Be Back!!

They no longer serve the buffalo wild wings breaded chicken tenders , they have breaded chicken tenders but not their version they are some generic Walmart style, went to Mansfield's restaurant they don't either and the ones they serve is different too, Wooster so far is the only one that has their company's style breaded chicken strips, they will tell you on the phone they have them but they have not for the last almost 2months.

Had one of the best servers. She persuaded me to try a new sauce. Note, the honey garlic is disgusting. Bring back the bourbon honey mustard. The parmesan garlic seemed to be spicier than before. The skin on the traditional wings was spectacularly crispy, loved it. The meat was flavorful, where most places it is bland. The music was loud but not distracting.
