Don’t recommend ordering through the app, I ordered the chicken fry meal, cookies, and mozzarella sticks. My dasher texts me and says they don’t sell mozzarella sticks anymore (even though it was an option in the app), they can replace it with onion rings but I don’t like those. Can’t refund me either. Waste of $3.30. Not the first time this had happened.

You guys really don't know how good you have it in Ashland. Hot fresh food, hot fresh fries. Like a 10/10 in customer service and quality of food. No Burger King around my home compares. Never a bad experience here. Keep up the excellent work.

It's Burger King. The nugget have gone up and the size has had gone down by two nuggets. That makes them 25 cent's each. Up from 14 cent's each. The burger are smaller and cold. The staff is short handed and the wait is long in both the drive thru and the lobby.
