Never have the vinegarette anyone in stock. I order salads here almost 2-3 times a week, they are CONSTANTLY out of the honey vinegarette dressing. If you are always selling out of something, maybe make more in prep? Or if a business is out of something at 5:30 pm why not offer to make a batch? Crappy customer service.

$20 for a half bag of stale non crunchy chips and the last three times I've gotten guac it's been so bland. I think I'm done with this place. At least my quesadilla was packed which is why I gave them two stars. It didn't use to be this bad but has gotten a little worse at time goes on.

My only complaint was the large bag of chips we got with our to go order. They were over cooked dark brown color. The food was OK we've had better there. The service was fast not many people there for 6 pm Friday night.

This location has gone downhill SO BADLY. From the rude girls always at the front to them NEVER HAVING MEAT. It’s a circus in there everytime I go. And I get nasty looks EVERYTIME FROM THE SAME GIRLS. Quit your job if you hate it so much!! And get your stuff together chipolte Ashland. You suck.

Love the food, walked in with no line. 4 people in the back busting their asses working to prep more food. The 3 in the front milling about chatting to each other. I waited a while to give my order while the 3 kept chatting. I left without placing an order. I know service work sucks, but I didn't come here to listen to you chat about other people. I came for the food.

The food was pricy but good. Place was packed but the team effort was commendable to move the line HOWEVER I felt rushed making my decisions when it was my turn to where I almost made a scene. It's very rude to rush a paying customer whether busy or not
