Love the food, walked in with no line. 4 people in the back busting their asses working to prep more food. The 3 in the front milling about chatting to each other. I waited a while to give my order while the 3 kept chatting. I left without placing an order. I know service work sucks, but I didn't come here to listen to you chat about other people. I came for the food.

The food was pricy but good. Place was packed but the team effort was commendable to move the line HOWEVER I felt rushed making my decisions when it was my turn to where I almost made a scene. It's very rude to rush a paying customer whether busy or not

Every single time I place a mobile pick up order my food is wrong. Ingredients missing, asked for brown rice received white. If you call to inform them of the mess up they won’t refund you. I just don’t quite understand how you can’t read an order ingredient by ingredient and mess it up. We won’t be ordering online from here again.

I don't expect from Chipotle but this place was a whole vibe. And not a good one. The line where they prepare the food was gross. Every employee had an attitude and weren't very nice. They had nothing prepped on the line so when I asked for steak and the tub was empty instead of getting a fresh tub she just grabbed a spoonful of steak from the back. Before she did that I told her I wanted double steak. I got one spoonful of steak and a hefty cup of attitude and a look. So I payed for double steak and got single. Worst Chipotle experience ever! And it was my wife's birthday. We'll be frequenting a different location from now on.
The trash was overflowing, the tray we got our food on ( because we ordered to eat in) was dirty when they handed it to me my hand got all sticky. There was someone else's guac on my tray. Sitting here eating watching the girl making food roll her eyes at customers.
2 stars because food wasn't bad, tasted good. Just not enough steak.

Went to get my food for a pickup, and the order was taken. A very kind woman saw this and said she would make my order again. Very lovely staff, always great service!
Although the service was fine and they were quick, their attitudes were horrible. All workers acted as if they did not want to be there and they were angry at us just for coming in. We were there on Thursday the 10th, Thursday evening, April 10.

White Rice is hard ruined the whole experience, and my stomach having a hard time processing hard rice that’s undercooked. Disappointing.
