Just like all Chipotle's, they had fast service and good hot food. We stopped there on a business trip with two people who had never been to one before, and they both left fans. Omg like where do I start. I understand everyone wanted to watch the eclipse but this was upsurd. No one was in the the chicken was burning on the grill, there was hair in my food i don't think anyone washed there hands and it looked although they only clean around closing time. Very disappointing?

I love Chipotle, but portions are smaller these days & the cheese is always unmelted and cold. Would be a big ol' 5 star if there were better portions for burritos & they melted (or at least warmed) the cheese.

Got our food to go. Got home and it was worse food!! Our rice wasn't done it eas just Nasty!! I got an extra side of corn salsa and it was Frozen!! Probably Won't go back there!!
Always out of vinaigrette. And no sign up. So I tell them sorry I don't want it, And would not have bothered ordering it and wasting my time as well as theirs if a sign was posted. Must be time consuming to make as they are always out.

I tried that new,steak they have...very dry..I tasted more lemon than any hint of steak..it was like it had a crumbly coating on top..the steak should be the dominant flavor..not everything else...I actually got a steak bowl and chicken..chicken is always good..I asked for light o. The sour cream and got a huge glob..the girl acted like ..so what..that's all..when I was young I worked at a few fast food places...I was just happy I was making my own money and was happy to do whatever they wanted..well..I was alittle bummed taking the mcd's grease to the big tank they put it in..
