Make sure you ask for fresh tator tots when you order a Philly steak and cheese!!!!!!This order took place at 6:45pm on 03/13/2024I’m very disappointed that they both were old and cold! Nothing like the taste of stale tator tots and cold cheese! The disappointment in my family’s face was palpable. The pizza a pepperoni and mushroom was cold as well sadly….but edible. The jalapeño and bacon stuffed bread was super hot and awesome! Sadly this didn’t save dinner. Please do better! After driving 900 plus miles the family just wanted a hot meal.

I ordered a meat lovers pizza. Driving never showed. Be canceled my order. I shan't use them again. My place shouldn't have been that hard to find. In my day, the drivers would call you up to fine tune your location if need be. This is a difference and a lousy generation. The receptionist was pleasant on the phone.

I order from here very often and every time that I've ever encountered any issue I've always been taking care of very well, the staff is kind and friendly the delivery drivers are quick and efficient and a special shout out goes to the manager Rebecca who takes care of everything efficiently, positively, and with an absolutely wonderful manner. Thank you so much to a great team!

Where are the "awesome people" from the reviews? On 1/5/24 the employees walk away from customers that enter the store. They don't acknowledge you and if you are there for a pick up order, good luck - you'll need to flag someone down and beg for human interaction before they are willing to condescend to speak to you. Are you better than making pizza? Then why are you in this building making pizza? TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. Literally the most basic training is greeting and interacting with customers. What is happening in this town? Everyone is so ridiculously rude.

They schedule an interview with you through text after applying on indeed and then you try to send a message back the day of your interview to ask a question about the area and they block you. So instead of a...hey I hired someone. They just block you. Pretty unprofessional!

I’m giving 5 stars just so Arron gets recognization!! I had ordered a larger order for my daughter birthday party. An hour before it was suppose to be ordered I called to add another pizza because I was worried I didn’t have enough. He did the math on the phone with me and was very helpful. But it didn’t stop there. When I walked in to pick up my order he had it timed perfectly to the exact minute I arrived. He was helpful, professional, and as a server for over 10 years some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time! He made my experience wonderful! And he deserves a raise

Well you see... The bottom of the box says excellent source of fiber, although it says don't eat the box, I got hungry for fiber, but the box was to hard, I'd prefer if the boxes were softer and edible... LOL

Would give 0 stars if possible. Waited an hour and then ended up going to meet the delivery person to get our order. He was great, he delivered part way on his own time. He told us the manager had told him to just cancel the order. But the store and management are inexcusable. After waiting on hold for 40 minutes the manager said "Well, its not our fault we've been really busy tonight." Completely unacceptable!!!

This pizza stop did not go as planned. Let me tell you about it. For starters it was a terrible snowy day today. I was shocked Dominos was even open. I have been sick these past couple days and I really wanted lunch for my family but didn’t have the energy to make it. So I ordered some pizza instead. I opted for curbside pick up and arrived a bit early. I notified the members I was there using the apps feature “I’m here”. Moments later a gentleman by the name of Aaron came out. He was very apologetic and let me know that something had happened to my order but that they promptly put in a new order for me and it would be ready soon. This is no problem for me because I was just grateful they made it to work today and could make my family some lunch. I told him it was no problem at all and that I’d wait. He went back inside. He came out a little while later and apologized again but assured me it was coming and offered an extra item for our wait. I was stunned. This is customer service you just don’t see anymore. Apologies are really appreciated but of course adding a special item is above and beyond!!!When our food came out he was very proud of what he created and asked that I check it to see if it was to my standards. Another WOW moment. I looked at the pizza and honestly it was a work of art!! This guy is a Dominos star member and needs recognized! I have never had a bad interaction at this store but this really put them in a new category. Aaron is a team member you’d want to take your companies name to the next level.I hope you really listen to what I’m saying and recognize that guy with more than just a good job. He really showed a side of customer service that has long since disappeared. Not to mention, he came outside to me and held conversation IN THE SNOW! It was all eyes on me and I was too priority for him.Thank you AARON! Bless you, your family and your future aspirations!!
