In a world where bad customer service is as common as fireworks on the Fourth of July, this Dunkin rocks! Seriously, I travel quite a bit and go to many different Dunkin’s across the State and country. They are always so nice, always have exactly what I need, and are extremely fast. I appreciate yall!

Every coffee shop has its days where product run out, even including this Dunkin, but they always make sure I still get a great order no matter what (and I’m picky so it ain’t easy!). Listen. I am a connoisseur of this dunkin. Ever since it came out I have been there multiple times a week with little fail. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Are my drinks always good? Maybe no, but I don’t even think that’s their fault. I just think dunkin uses subpar coffee which the employees can’t help. But I’ll tell you what, the people who work here try their best to make it drinkable. I love you Claremont dunkin 💗
It is the hardest thing for them to not put cheese on the sandwiches. I dont know what the issue is. 9 out of 10 times I go through, cheese! Hey! Can I have no cheese on the sandwich please? Sure, I got you they say! Nope! How about extra cheese! Ffs its a simple request.

whoever the girl who took my order on june 2nd at around 4pm deserves the world, i asked if i could have just five glazed chocolate munchkins, when she gave me them she said she gave me some extra, i looked in the bag and there was like 15 holy moly god bless this worker😩😩😩😩😩😩

I've always had an issue with Dunkin coffee cup lids, but twice now at this location, while being handed the cup of scalleding hot coffee, the lid has popped off, not only burning my hand and leg, but I've had to get the vehicle detailed twice now and I've suffered burns. Just a suggestion... make sure the lids are completely on before handing it out of the window.

I give 1 stars, as I went in today (May 11th) to get a Pepsi (And nothing else), and everyone was too busy playing on their phones & putting customers first. When I was helped, they didn't know how to ring up just 1 Pepsi... Do better... Won't be back to this location.
