Though the employees were kind and courteous the drinks were subpar for Dunkin's true standard of service. The coffee, whether iced or hot has been bitter to the taste. Just this morning the original blend hot coffee I ordered was 3/4s of the way full. Again the employees were not at all rude. I just personally think that an awareness of a quality standard is lacking. I am hopeful that in the future they can correct this, however until then I personally won't go back there again.

On Tuesday August 14th around 4pm I went inside because my kiddo was begging for one certain type of donut which we rarely ever get. I go to dunking frequently for coffee it’s my one thing I do for myself and that’s about it. I went inside and waited at the front for a few moments with no one coming. Granted the drive thru was busy and I understand. They had one left and finally a lady come to take my order. I told her which one I wanted and the drive thru worker came and took it for another customer while the employee taking my order was standing there. I said I’m going to have to call to see if he wants something different and that I’ve been waiting to be helped and the donut was sold. The donut wasn’t a problem I said I had to see what other kinds they had the girl then proceeded to walk to the back and make comments and mock me about waiting so long over a donut I didn’t need. I asked to speak to the manager and she didn’t care at all and said oh I didn’t hear her and sorry have a good day. I’m so disappointed in how I was treated and yea I may not be small but it wasn’t even for me. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Just got a bagel and coffee this time, but I've had their egg bites, sausage, egg and cheese croissant, donuts, muffins... Everything is always delicious.
Order a iced coffee, it was hot but technically had ice melting it in. Small amount of hash browns if u get them

It’s been a few years since I tried Dunkin and I remember why I don’t come back. The amount of money that I pay for a cup full of ice is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention this particular locations parking lot is God-awful.
