Service & people are always friendly! However, this is the second day in a row where my Large matcha was only 60% full. This is what Dunkin on 250 does & idk if some employees transferred but they need to go back lol. Claremont always has done me right but my mini bagel bites were FROZEN in the middle & my matcha was the size of a small. Disappointed. I’m a regular & hate to throw shade in public but you gotta know this isn’t right AT ALL.

I was at work and I decided to stop by to get me something warm to drink at 5am since online said they were open. I parked because my vehicle is to large to go through the drive thru. Saw two people in there getting prepared for the day at 5:01am. I knocked several times and neither of the ladies in the store acknowledged I was even at the door. Then I knock on the window thinking maybe they could not see me since they had not turn the lights on outside. They saw me and never sign or motion to me just ignore me. Time is of essence because I was on the clock at my job and I waited 5 minutes in 34 degree weather to be ignored and when I walked over to the drive thru window they shut the window as if I was not even there.

Best flavored coffee, although the espresso always seems a little burnt tasting. M favorite is the iced Carmel Macchiato aaaaand its cheaper than the competitor 😉

Ordered a French vanilla cappuccino. It was tge worst. No flavor at all. I won't go there again. The Dunkin on 250 makes much better drinks!!

Seriously, I travel quite a bit and go to many different Dunkin’s across the State and country. They are always so nice, always have exactly what I need, and are extremely fast. I appreciate yall!

I love Dunkin donuts but lately they're always out of everything. Y'all need to keep more things in stock. Also you guys need to work on making sure you don't have something before I get to the window or after I pay.

Every coffee shop has its days where product run out, even including this Dunkin, but they always make sure I still get a great order no matter what (and I’m picky so it ain’t easy!). Listen. I am a connoisseur of this dunkin. Ever since it came out I have been there multiple times a week with little fail. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Are my drinks always good? Maybe no, but I don’t even think that’s their fault. I just think dunkin uses subpar coffee which the employees can’t help. But I’ll tell you what, the people who work here try their best to make it drinkable. I love you Claremont dunkin 💗
