Highly recommend training your staff to be at least courteous with a polite hello. Idk if I’m getting older and turning bitter about younger generations, but it’s insane that every coffee shop I go to in Ashland I am met with the most unpleasant attitude. I get it, food service sucks but you create such an annoying, dreadful experience when you’re incapable of being professional at your job.

We got off the highway to get a coffee. Since tim hortons wasn't open we were stuck going here and wish we hadn't. The young blonde girl was rude. My mother sat there for 15 minutes without her order being taken. We were the only people inside and there were a couple people in the drive thru. When I said something about her needing to have her order taken she said we have to wait a minute. We thought 15 was sufficient enough but I guess not. So she takes the order of a hot coffee. Tells my mom she now has to wait for coffee to be made. Well if she took the order when we came in this would not had to happen. Finally get the coffee which was supposed to be fake sugar because my mom's diabetic. She took a sip and it was loaded with real sugar. She couldn't even drink it after all that and 5 hour to go in our trip. If you're diabetic don't go here, they will put you into a diabetic shock. I see why there are so many bad reviews. Do better Dunkin.

Ordered munchkins with my coffee thru the mobile app. They were out of the munchkins. When I asked for a refund, they refused because I didn't have the physical card. They threatened to call the police to trespass me and tried to refuse to give me the rest of my order. The GM was the one that 'handled' the situation. Avoid the Ashland, Ohio locations at all costs. They stole my money.

Then I waited for 5 minutes for the Sabrina strawberry refresher I had ordered just to have someone ask what I was waiting for and stated that they never put it down on our order. We got 2 donuts- maple frosted with cream filling. These are usually our favorite at every other Dunkin, but here they tasted really weird. Like chemically? Idk how else to describe it. Then we tried to order a refresher, but the girl told us they were out of lemonade so they could make it with water instead. Like I’m not paying full price for a drink that’s expensive as is, then isn’t even made the way it should be?? so we got a peach sunshine energy drink, and it tasted like carbonated water with the tiniest hint of peach. It was nasty.
