Came in about 45 minutes before close. Ordered quickly that was good. Got a latte and an iced coffee. Iced coffee appeared to have grounds in it. Latte tasted like sharpies and celery, truly foul.

Now I remember why I never go to this DD. Stopped for a coffee and it literally tastes like cream and water. I don't know how you could make coffee this weak unless you reuse the grounds. Waste of 3 dollars thanks a lot.

To the pink haired fella with the long lady nails working, please just quit if you hate your job. No reason to give people an attitude. I don't care if your whole look is based on being sassy...the coffee was wrong and the bagel was terrible.

My breakfast the other day now if you know that you burnt something, why would you wrap it up and serve it through the drive-through because you don’t think that someone’s gonna call in or that they’re gonna return it would you eat this? Very disappointed and I go there every day because it’s by my work I think they could do better.

Slow service, even when I'm only one in line takes ten minutes. With at least two people in view. They seemed to be doing nothing.

Very very busy inside and out. They're always out of the 2 donuts my kids want every freaking time. Staff is better than the one on Claremont hands down.

The employees stood around Then talked about their christmas party while I waited and waited. Also, quite unsanitary, i.e., messy and disorganized, 2 employees were biting their nails and one was twirling her hair with no gloves. I asked myself if tjus is the day I get food poisoning?

I own a courier 🚚 business @empire1expressllc and I was delivering some electrical supplies in this area from Cleveland and just needed to use the bathroom, get a bagel with extra cream cheese and a hot mint tea with almond milk and honey. What a mistake, I thought the cashier and staff were smiling and laughing along with me but they were actually laughing at me for how they made my food. I was scared to eat and drink my purchase so I just threw it away. I could’ve been a secret shopper or somebody ready to go postal. I’m calling corporate about this treatment because all customers should be treated equally. I work hard for my money and I couldn’t even eat my food after hours of driving in a snow storm. The person responsible for my bagel should be fired for wasting company merchandise and lack of quality and assurance. That was enough cream cheese to make 5 bagels.

Coffee tasted fowl and smelled like BO. They either made it wrong or in an unsanitary way. I asked them to make it again and they reused my cup instead of using a new one. I’ve never had such a bad experience at dunkin other than this one.

If I could leave no stars, I would. The attitude and atmosphere at this location compared to the new Dunkin on Claremont is like night and day. The employees are rude every single time and act like you're inconveniencing THEM when they have to do the job they are paid to do. Forget about going inside, the employees are too busy gossiping with each other to help the customers. Ive tried to give the benefit of the doubt too many times but the experience is always the same. Helen Keller could make a better cup of coffee than these "baristas". Take your business to Claremont!
