I took my wife on a day trip to Ashland and wanted to try this place. WE LOVED IT. The food was very good, the service was very good. All the employees greeted us with a smile and it was very nice to see. Great job to all of them!! Highly recommend!

We came around 4:30pm so I'm not sure if it was a bad time from a shift perspective, but one waitress took our drinks before a waiter came almost ten minutes later to take them again. She hadnt actually put them in.
We ordered and my husband said both the number and name of what he wanted but was brought the wrong thing. Instead of admitting his mistake the waiter insisted he wrote it down correctly so my husband just ate the incorrect order. The table next to us arrived after us but got their food first, and when our food came we still didn't even have silverware. We asked for it when the food came, but they apparently forgot because of the food mixup so we had to stand up and ask for it again. We didnt even see the waiter again until we were ready for the check, and had alrrady asked the other waitress to bring it because we hadnt seen him for so long and needed to get back on the road to get to Cleveland by 6
Again, maybe the waiter was just having a bad day, but I truly havent had such poor service at a sit down restaurant in a long time

This place has really gone downhill. Wow. I came tonight and the service sucks, margaritas was terrible, warm drinks, weird cheese, wrong food and drinks brought and just had to pay. Server really sucks. Tried to gaslight me like I don’t order the same thing every time I come. Barf.

Was a 5 until the last couple weeks. I order here at least once a week. I don't know what happened, but now all my orders are wrong or missing items. Beef burrito instead of bean, no enchilada sauce on an enchilada. Go for the buffet and in person dinning, but use caution ordering online

I've never had a bad experience here. Food is always excellent. Service is prompt. Servers are attentive and courteous. If you like buffets, they have a lunch buffet that is excellent. They also have a solid menu with lots of choices.
I just did a pickup order. It was very crowded. I placed my order when I got the but did not have a long wait. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious.

So, we got there right when they open, at 11:00 A.M. We were immediately welcomed, and seated. The waitress, took our drink order, as we went to the buffet. The cost for 1 person, for the lunch buffet, was 10.99. As we got some faves, the food was hot, the area clean, and the waitress, was constantly stocking and wiping down the buffet bar. They were limited at this time to things such as, beef with chopped jalapeños, burritos, enchiladas, Mexican rice, refried beans, and the fixings that go with it. For some, this may not be enough. But for us, this was perfect. Waitress attended to us constantly, and the restaurant filled pretty quickly. Needless to say, the total bill was 30.99, I'm assuming the drinks were about 4.50 or so(didn't grab the receipt). Overall, if I could give this place a 10, I definitely Wood. Will be going back son.
