My co-worker and I got subs for lunch and they were delightful. I had a ham and provolone. The sandwich technician asked if if wanted it prepared Mike’s way. I don’t know Mike and so I wasn’t too sure. She kindly explained what that entailed and it seemed like a good combination. I tried it and really enjoyed it.

the lady that looks like an old squashed tomato was too busy starring at me to notice how much oil she dumped on my sandwich. my whole sandwich was covered in oil it was soggy and un eatable. you wasted my $15 i expect for you guys to reimburse me

I love this JM's, like I do all of them. Highest food quality, made just the way you want, very friendly staff, prices are excellent for what you get and the place is spotless. Not to mention it's right next to the Hampton so you can walk 1 minute and place your order. Been here numerous times will traveling from NY to TN and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you JM staff!

Parking: A lot of spots.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily able to get through the building and in the front entrence.
Employees were happy, helpful, and you could tell they enjoyed their job and working together. Food was so good. Awesome upbeat and fun atmosphere!

The food was as good as always. The girl that prepared the sandwich didn’t know what all went on a #8 and when asked to add mayo because that comes on it she seemed to get a bit of an attitude. The music was too loud which made staying to eat uncomfortable. You could definitely tell there wasn’t an adult in the store as far as management.
