Terrble chicken! Ordered the 8 piece. Asked for half crispy, half original. Got all extra crispy. Got 3 old dry breasts that were not edible instead of 2 breasts 2 thighs. Must have had some old chicken that had to get rid of! Should have been tossed! Won't be going back to them!

Waited 20 minutes for them just to take my order. Got home only to discover that for the 12 piece meal I had 9 pieces of chicken and only two sides of mashed potatoes with no gravy so they shorted us a side. Drove all the way back across town to talk to the manager who never once apologized for the mix up. He remade our order and again only gave us 2 sides so I asked for the third. Drove home only to find for my third mashed potatoes and gravy side was a famous bowl. The KFC in Ashland,Ohio is very poorly managed as kids were standing around doing nothing while the manager himself was putting orders together.

This KFC used to be the BEST out of 16 stores, in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness, I was the assistant manager at the time. Now, this place is filthy dirty, food is inedible half the time, either dry or cold. Service is horrible!!! At noon or in the evening, it's all bad. I have asked for fresh food, only to get home with old food and the wrong order EVERY TIME! Do better. I won't be back! Blatantly rude and incompetent people work here. How sad, was the BEST at one time.

Chicken and macaroni and cheese were ok but the fries tasted like they'd been their several hours, couldnt eat them. Not hot, not good, dry in the middle. Not impressed with service either.

The sign on the door says open until 10:30 PM. The sign out front says KFC, How is it that at 8:15 PM which is more than 2 hour prior to closing they have available only wings and breasts. I do not like white meat. Original recipe is sold out and all you have is chicken that has sat in the hot box. This food was terrible This is KFC, they are known for Original recipe, chicken dinners. This is the second time to happen to us for Tuesday special and it will not happen again. I drove past Popeyes to get to here. I live across the street from this store. We are loyal customers. We love KFC so much that we have taken long weekends and driven to Corban, KY to go to Sander's Court. The last four experiences have been less than happy. On my way home I drive past Cain's, Chikfila, Bojangles, Churches and 2 Popeyes to get to this place. WHY? We so want KFC but we get slop because I get off work late. Please fix this place. We want fresh, hot KFC original recipe chicken for supper. You are open until 10:30 PM. Sorry to mess up your kitchen.
Just ordered food 50 dollars worth a 12 piece family meal pull out and someone how they forget to put the bucket of chicken in a bag for us but handed us the sides how do you forget to put the main part of food in a bag
