The food is fine, apart from usually being pretty greasy, but the service is abhorrent. I went it for a pickup order while they were busy. I sat there for half an hour waiting to be called or at least asked what I was waiting for. Once I noticed multiple people who came in after me getting their food, I said something, only to find out my order had been sitting in the back getting soggy the whole time. Honestly every time I come in here the staff seems overwhelmed and disheveled.

If you want actual hot and ready as advertised then go to the Ashland location, the service is always top notch and they always have fresh pizza ready. Mansfield's location could take some lessons. 10 out of 10 keep up the good work Ashland đ€đ»

Place is constantly busy but can't ever give me change for whatever bill I'm using to pay with. Never has hot and ready pizza hot or ready. Customer service is crap most of the time. Just all around a crap pizza place.

Went in with my friends and ordered four fantastic 4 pizzas and the worker at the counter started openly complaining and said âdo you know how hard these are to make?â. I tipped her and didnât even get a thanks from her. Food was good but the workers attitude was awful, as someone who works in food service, you would get fired at my work for something like that.

Place was is always nasty dirty. The employees look to never take baths, their clothes look to never be washed. Service was awful food was cold and wait time was over an hr for one single pizza. They never have grab and go pizza ever. In my opinion very bad choice for food
Bought 2 pizzas, both were cheese in the crust and the cheese wasn't hardly cooked inside still tasted like a whole cheese stick inside the dough. Other than that the pizza was alright. Service good and lobby needs at least a bench of some sort absolutly nowhere to sit and wait for the food.

The cheese in the stuff crust was hard and not cooked all the way and the pizza didn't taste good, definitely not as good as other locations, i don't plan on going there again

I donât know if they got new management or what. Before weâve went and theyâve dropped the ball and the passed 4times the food has been on time and the quality was 100% better. We always order pretzel pizza and crazy bread and itâs been amazing. Sorry I canât post any pictures we ate it all before I got a chance. Thank you Ashland Little Caesars!!

Love the pizza. Great service and friendly workers. Price is definitely worth it. They're food is so delicious. One of my favorites. The deep dish for one person is perfect!
