My cousin ordered a pizza last week from this restaurant. We had ordered online but ended up calling the restaurant to make an edit on our order. The lady we spoke to on the phone was very kind and helpful.
However, when my food arrived, I was very disappointed with how I was treated. The driver, which the app stated was Jerry, was very rude. He seemed absolutely MISERABLE and like he hated his life, his job, the customers, etc. If you chose this job, you either get over it and put a smile on your face, or you find a different job if you have it that much to where it reflects on your customer service.
This man seriously needs to be trained on how to be polite. He wasn’t just rude, it was APPALLING. I will never order delivery from this place again in hopes that I never have to come in contact with this driver again.
Food was great and warm, I will definitely continue ordering takeout, but this man needs to do better.

Hillary just personally delivered terrible customer service which reflects poorly on her entire customer service habits. I've been going to Msrcos for 2 years loyally. Asking for light bake each time and they've delivered. Tonight, I ask for light back and the dough was stuck to the bottom of a partially cooked pie. So I call and ask for it to be remade due to this and someone cut slices then realized I asked for squares and cut squares on top of the cut slices. Anyway, Hillary answered the phone I told her the issue and asked 3x times if I could just bring it to then so she can actually look it. She said no, that she would remake the pizza and have it delivered just to deliver it personally and ask to see the pizza, so I showed her the dough slices and the 10 inch area that was plain dough stuck to the box. She said NOPE, I'm sorry can't give you the replacement that I just made and drove over here personally. I said ma'am look at that dough.. she said well yall atevthe rest if the pizza, I said yes I fed the kids and I have not eaten and what my 12 year old ate was picked at cause of the dough.. What the heck was that? Next I told her Karma was going to get her, and I meant that. However she sent the police to my door because of a terrible customer service review. They said I was part of a harassment investigation.. The whole thing descalated and the police left. But what is the WORLD is wrong with her? I've never in all my 30 years of customer service. It's clear SHE made that 1st pizza. And she knows it was jacked, but whatever. Even Officer XyZ sympathized as I showed him what I left in the box. Straight shook his head and gave me a few dollars to order something to eat. He went above and beyond, THATS how you serve. Hillary GOTTA GO! Out here messing with people's money and stomach. Bad cx service is one thing... teasing someone with great cx service and then intentionally deciding to NOT deliver that service is diabolical. Talking about costs, etc... Girls you just remade the food and brought it to my door and now it's waste. Smh And who calls the police because someone says Karma will get them? Oh, ik.... a Karen. Watch out for this person. She's a baaaddddd look for business.

I have always enjoyed MARCO'S but I really want to give BRANDON a huge shout-out!! I can see why he's a manager as his professionalism shines through!! Always polite, prompt, and goes the extra mile. I order for a factory up to three shifts at a time, and for family meals. He makes sure to ask things I tend to forget, ensuring I have the same experience EVERY time!!

Please give him a raise!! He definitely derserves it!!!😊😊😊

I would advise anyone not to eat here. I pulled up to get gas at the circle k next to the Marcos pizza and the employee from Marcos was standing outside smoking a cigarette, texting on his phone with his rubber gloves on. Do you think for one minute that he took his gloves off and washed his hands after he went back in to make pizza. I highly doubt it. Truly gross.v

I had to take a moment out of my day to write a review giving Andalyn *ALL* of the credit for the most amazing pizza I've ever had from Marcos. I called in after placing my order, with a simple request and she took it upon herself to knock it out of the park. Thank you kindly for an amazing meal, *chef's kiss.*

I quit ordering from these pizza places because they are all the same especially this one… I had a pizza delivered today for lunch,
I choose not to tip, one because I need my money just like everyone else in this economy… and for the rudeness of the delivery drivers when they come to the door!
This time was the same, he asked if I wanted to leave a tip today, I said no and he walked off rudely, said nothing, don’t need to treat people like that!! I will never order from these Ashland location ever!!

Ordered triple pepperoni 11.99 and cinnamon squares. Had delivery. After giving a tip the bill was $25. So looks on TV are deceiving, opened the the box and knew right then I should have got a picture. It was a gooey, greasy, not covered at all with pepperoni. The squares were also so does. We were hungry, my husband is a diabetic so he just ate the top part of the pizza. I did the same with the squares. We should have known better and will never order from Ashland Ohio Marco's pizza again.
