Food is a great one here in Ashland. Great for business lunches.When it comes time to socialize, it can be real fun.The staff is very personable and quite tolerant. They absolutely deserve their tips and then some ?. I'm not always the easiest to handle and they have always treated me with respect ?.Parking: Lots of parking, unless its packed from being awesome ?.Wheelchair accessibility: The access is completely level. There are no stairs whatsoever.The bathroom door to the men's is quite narrow. Not sure about the women's bathroom.No powered doors for handicap tho.

Very disappointed with service and food. I have been to this establishment many times and it was very good. Not sure what happened but went there for dinner 3/10/24 and first of all it took more than 10 minutes to even be acknowledged ( not busy) when we finally got our order brought to the table the waitress slid the bowl of soup across the table and it proceeded to spill all over the table and me. She said she would be right back to clean it up (never came back), the soup was lukewarm at best, also forgot part of the order so when she asked if we needed anything we told her the rest of the order, she said “ right” the next time we saw a waitress was when it was time for the check. Never checked on the table, never offered refills on our drinks. When I asked for the manager she asked “what do you want?” Then said “ he’s not here. Will not return to this place, do not recommend going there. We even warned people walking in what they were in for. So disappointed.

Our server was an old man who sat at the bar and ignored us the entire night Each time I needed him I had to find another server to help me. To check out I had to go get him from the chair at the bar…. Our food also took over an hour.

Use to come here years ago and always loved the food and atmosphere. Was in town with my son and thought this would be a good spot for us to hang out and have dinner. Got here around 430 on a monday evening. When we went inside, there was maybe 3 tables being used with patrons. Just about every table in the place had a reservation card on it. We did get approached by a waitress who did find us a table and told us that they have a queen of hearts drawing they were preparing for it. When we were sat, the waitress did take our drink order and brought it out fairly quickly, she then told us she would be right back to take our orders. After waiting for 25 minutes and never seeing our waitress or any other we decided to leave. Even though i always loved the food here, I'll probably never return, felt totally ignored and disrespected.
