They dropped cheese on the floor and proceeded to pick it up and put it back in the make table. When asked about it they said “you’d pick it up off the floor at home what’s wrong?” I watched a kid drop a dough on the floor pick it up and continue to slap it out. I said you’re not going to use that are you and he confusedly said “no” and threw it out

So just placed an order and waited the hour that it says after an hour I was wondering where my food was come to find out that they had to deliver through door dash that person left it at the wrong door I didn't know it was sitting outside getting freezer cold when I finally started checking around for my order it was ice cold so I called the store to be told that the manager had to go to another store for pizza toppings and she would call me back 30 min later I called back to be told that it was door dash issue and they didn't want it back was told that I would have a refund after I completed about it and hung up on she litterly asked why I was sorry and I said I'm not the person to call and complain and she said well and hung up I won't be ordering from this location and I'm debating on calling corporate about this issue she did say she was new and she swears to God to get me an answer I'm not happy about this any shape or form

they forgot the almost $4, 2 liter. At the time I didn’t see it on the receipt so I told the driver it was fine but it was there and forgotten. He was a very nice driver though. The food was kinda terrible. Cheese is supposed to go on before the toppings but they were under it so when I grabbed a slice everything fell off. The crust was actually non existent. The smallest sliver of actual pizza crust. I only was able to eat the stuffed crust at the end honestly. Probably wouldn’t recommend. It used to be decent.

Called and ordered my pizza which was supposed to be done in 15 minutes. When we went in to get our order it wasn't even started yet. We had to wait another 20 to 25 minutes for our food to get done. When we get home which is 25 minutes away we open the pizzas only to find out none of them was anything we ordered. So I called in and tell them what happend and the lady on the phone starts throwing a big attitude towards me. Very unprofessional but we will get a remake next time we order.

I know delivering pizza isn't the best job in the world... and I don't live very close so it sucks even more.. but this Papa Johns KILLS IT! The pizza is hot EVERY TIME! I didn't catch my delivery drivers name tonight but he was GREAT and VERY POLITE. Stayed out of the porch (which he didn't have to by any means), turned his head lights off so he wasn't blaring them inside the house.. did his job and was on his way! Dude needs a raise. Thanks whoever you were!! Hopefully the tip was enough!
