Overall decent place. Food was good, place was clean. Kimberly took our order. She was a very kind lady and did a great job taking order. I was not impressed with the manager, unknown name, dark curly hair giving feedback / correcting employees in front of the customers. They should worry about themselves and if an employee needs help she can ask. & Give employees coaching and feedback when customers aren’t listening. Nobody wants to hear employees go back & forth over...

Hands down the best Cheesesteak sandwich I’ve had in a long time! The owner is very solid and polite also the establishment is also super clean which is a plus for me. 100% recommend coming to this location and trying their food. Specifically the Cheesesteak!

The subs are good, but the staff has been lacking competence and customer service the last two visits to the Ashland location, six months apart. Never had a bad experience at the Mansfield location.
