Food tasted fresh, despite bacon being a bit overcooked. Perkins was reasonably priced, and the servers were smiling and great. I'll be back đ

If I could zero stars I would. First we put in our order, then the manager comes over about 25 minutes later to tell us our ticket got lost but they are making our food. Then about 10 minutes later he brings the food out and says âsorry for the scare your ticket wasnât lost, all the food was made and sitting there but we didnât know where it went.â And since our food was just sitting there it was cold, my daughters Mac and cheese was coagulated from sitting for so long. It was late, we were starving, I didnât want to deal with sending it back and more time just sitting there so we all ate. We ask the waitress for the check and our kids cookies because they never got them. She leaves and is gone for a while, comes back to our table and says âoh my gosh I forgot the cookies, is there anything else I can get you?â We say yeah the check. We just wanted to leave we had our coats on, our kids were falling asleep in the booth. She finally brings the check back, then we had to wait AGAIN just to pay at the register. No apology, nothing. They knowingly served us food that had been sitting too long and then forgot about us, not worth $45. I also donât need the copy and pasted response from the owner of âwe take your complaints seriously and will relay this information to the teamâŠblah blah blah.â That I have seen on every other 1 star review of this place. We loved coming here and itâs just going downhill. We will not be returning. Oh and while we were sitting there the waitress was loudly announcing to the whole front of the dining room that another table was complaining that âtheir food looked nasty, tasted nasty and was hard and cold.â And 2 more people had sent there food back as well while we were there. So it sounds like a problem overall.

Usually their food is pretty decent, which is why we stopped. But tonight the gravy was cold; meatloaf was great, Mac-n-cheese and cheeseburger were great. I probably won't get their potato soup again. Too strong of a seasoning.
However, we will stop again as this is a stopping place for us along I-71.
Parking: Great location right off I-71. Easy to pull in and get back out on the roadway.
I highly recommend the coconut cream pie, for sure.

Went Sunday morning 8 am. It used to be my go to place. Food cold no butter on toast ( really?) Definitely not worth the money I spent. Time to find another place to eat I absolutely hate wasting money. Didn't even finish meal.

Such a difference from the last time we were there. My husband had ordered over easy eggs and got scrambled by the time he got his eggs his pancakes were cold. When he told the waitress who brought the food that that wasn't what he ordered she said she would have to check on it. Really poor experience for somewhere we eat at on a regular basis.

Little no no accomodations for people who don't eat pork. One meat option that isn't pork and you can't swap meat out for anything else. All I could eat was eggs and potatoes because they only have one meal that doesn't have bacon or pork with it. Will not be back
Vegetarian options: Crappy options, not allowed to get anything in replacement of meat
Dietary restrictions: Almost no options for Jews or Muslims every thing has pork

When we finally got our food, it was cold. Our waitress never checked on us to see if all was good. It wasn't busy. The bathroom was nasty, I didn't get a picture, but the base of the toilet was gross, and the smell was horrible.

We enjoy eating at Perkins in Ashland. The menu is great, especially for seniors. And Shelly is the best waitress!! We love it there.

Great service and good right off the highway so you can get a good meal and get back to your travels quickly.
Our food was good but our service could use some work.

Got coffee no silverware to stir cream and sugar. Had to get up and ask for it. Biscuits and gravy barely edible and hubby noticed lipstick marks on my coffee cup after I was done with my breakfast. Yucky!! And I don't wear lipstick! They did take off our coffees on our bill. Don't know if we will eat there again.
