We stopped to eat, and it wasn't good 😕 we got the lunch buffet at 12, and you would think they would have fresh pizza and salad bar. You're better off to stop somewhere else to eat after that train wreck.

They never put sauce on the pizza. And the tiny container of sauce for breadsticks is half full. Costs .79 for another tiny container. Rip off

Pizza is always good! Salad with just what one wants on it is always good. Selection was good, but not fantastic.
Servers were the best part of the experience - friendly and helpful.
The building is not shiny/new. It is just a bit worn looking, but comfy. Seating and serving us quickly and efficiently.
Kid-friendliness: There were 6 kids - ages 4, 7, 7, 9, 9, 12. The staff were all helpful and friendly when the kids were using the buffet.

This location is okay, let's call it quaint. the service was kind of mid but that's okay we didn't need a ton of service. Anyhow the food was very, very good! I got a pan pizza with pepperoni and extra sauce.

The pizza was really dry I paid 30 dollars for my order and the pizza crust was hard and dry and they barely put sauce on it. Papa John’s is way better. The crust had a stale taste to it too. Would not recommend it here too expensive and not worth it.

Employees are usually rude every time I go in there order to a pizza to go a screen popped up at the pickup window. I told the employee I don't leave tips unless I come in and sit down and eat. He proceeded to get mad because I didn't tip him. Ridiculous somebody expects a tip for doing what they get paid for. Come on Pizza

We get pizza every Friday from pizza hut. It is always great. I love Lindsay, she writes notes on our pizza box. Kayla is usually at the drive thru, she is also great!

This location ROUTINELY has dry (minimal sauce & cheese) pizzas and Alfredo pasta. I get the $7 special may cut into your bottom line, but either stop offering it or do better. I shouldn't ever get a pizza that's lacking in sauce or cheese. I don't mean having extra sauce or cheese, but a basic regular amount to cover the crust. I also ordered the chicken alfredo. Literally 4 pieces of grilled chicken for the serving. It too was EXTREMELY DRY. I've ordered this same combo from other Pizza Hut locations and it was normal. At this location, they SPECIALIZE IN DRY PIZZA, DESERT DRY PASTA. Go somewhere else for pizza!
This is going to be the last time I order from this location. It's ridiculous that you all are too skimpy to make a decent pizza.....

first off let me say the website is horrible to try to order on. will usually try to charge you $18 for a stuffed crust. so you have to use the app. you can even lose your points on the website ona ccident and they get stuck unless you go to the appnow to the food. ive been going here for maybe 3 yrs now because sometimes everyone else is closed, the bottom of the crust is like hard cardboard. i dont understand why. not long ago they had a new blonde girl working and the pizza actually did a 360 and was absolutely perfect. i noticed when shes not working the pizza is back to dried up cardboard again. it literally feels like the pizza may have been left out for 4 days and then you get it. i dont understand if i order a pizza and im there within 20 minutes how is it so cold and stale so fast. the workers seem friendly enough. but oof the pizza is like chewing rocks

5/11/24. I ordered my pizza by phone, the gal who answered, was very rude. I told her my daughter would be there at 4:30p to pick it up. My daughter came home with 2 pizzas, that belonged to someone else, needless to say, I called back in, and took the pizza's back. I told the gentlemen on the phone that it has been a half hour now, and he said, your pizza is here in the hot box, I told him we our on our way, and it better be warm.Emily, the cashier was the one who grabbed the wrong pizza's, and after taking the wrong one's back, she goes oh yeah, I said it better be hot, it was warm, not hot, and without looking at me, she started talking to the next customer, whom she knew.I just hope they remake the other peoples pizza's, cause they did not remake ours.So very disappointed in Pizza Hut in Ashland, OH
