Buffet had old food on the trays. Not very desirable. Chose to order off the menu instead. Service was very attentive and friendly. Did a 1 trip to Salad bar, not many toppings for salad.Kid-friendliness: Many options for finicky kids

My wife and I were in Ashland for a couple of days. I used to go to this Pizza Hut back in the 70's & 80's and it was always really good. We decided to give it a try and the pizza was as good as I remember and much better than the Pizza Hut pizzas we get in Richmond, VA. I'm not sure why that is, but I will definitely eat here again when in Ashland.

The last 3 times I’ve ordered there’s been an issue with delivery and I’ve had to call the store. Today I ordered delivery, put the instructions to “ring doorbell when food gets here”, about 40 minutes go by and I’m waiting for my food. No text notification notifying my foods here, no knock, no doorbell NOTHING. I wish I had the option to not tip whoever delivered this. Thanks for my cold food that could’ve got stolen. Anybody can out pizza this hut.

By far some of the worst pizza in Ashland. We hadn't been here in years and now I remember why. Buffet pizza and breadsticks especially tasted like they were from the night before, dry, and sauce less. Salad looked old and had extremely limited choices on both the salad and pizza bar.

We love the Friday night Pizza buffet. It’s a standard pizza buffet but usually it has plenty of options and you can even request a particular type of pizza to your server. The buffet also comes with a standard salad bar. Service is usually top notch and friendly. We have only ever come to the Friday night pizza buffet and I can’t speak to how their other offerings are.Vegetarian options: You can order whatever you want on your pizza so plenty friendly to all

Don’t order the taco pizza it is so dry, salty and disgusting. I would say not edible. So disappointed! Will not return to Pizza Hut in the future. I asked for a refund. Manager wanted to replace with a pizza and not give me a refund. She said she would have to ask her manager to give me a refund?
I remember when a pizza hut pizza wasn't hit or miss. Nowadays, it's mostly miss. We stopped ordering it probably 6 months to a year ago due to the same issues we experienced today. We got dried out cheese sticks that seemed like they'd been days old and reheated, and we called it quits. We thought maybe it was a staffing issue, since a few of our orders were practically inedible - maybe kids who didn't like their job. We gave it some time and tried again.We ordered 2 pizzas, one of which was extra sauce. Both were dried out, so clearly no extra sauce. They looked to be maybe old pizzas; definitely didn't taste fresh. They were so disgusting that my boyfriend threw his pizza aside and went into the kitchen and made a can of chicken and dumplings to eat instead. He said never again, and I'm going to have to agree. I don't know what happened to pizza hut, but I certainly can't recommend them anymore based on my experiences in the past year. Very disappointing.

Good food but the server was a total prick,i walked in and he said is this for here ? I said no sir,im putting in an order, and he said your just gonna have to wait! I ordered online and sat and waited 20 minutes for my food! If u dont like your job work elsewhere!

Was 4 of us.. waited for pizza to get 2 buffet only 4 kinds, slim picking on buffet, waited 20 minutes on cinna Stix, instead had plenty of fresh salad, very good and stocked. 1 waitress and had 2 other families. Busy w orders/pickups. Nothing it had been. Probably b awhile before going back!!
