Wife needed a Ham and Swiss. DT times are absolutely terrible. Waiting 15 minutes in DT with no hope to move. Don’t stop if you are in a hurry . 😊. Staff was super super nice 🙏

Every time I come to this location I end up having to wait in the drive thru for 20+ minutes. The food ends up being cold due to it being at the window being cold because they’re waiting to hand me my drinks that are also now getting cold sitting by the window since they’re not paying attention to what’s happening. Drive thru times here at this location must be OUTRAGEOUS from a business standpoint.

Nice workers. It was a bit of a wait in the drive through. The reviews about the cost are right. Definitely about a dollar more here than other places that we have gotten starbucks. It was a good opportunity to use our free drink from points on the app.

Just went through the drive thru a little bit ago. Please make sure you snap the tops on the drinks, all the way. When I finally got my drink I was placing it in the cupholder and the top came off and spilled almost all of it into my middle console and splattered on my passenger seat. Almost $7 for what, 2 sips? Now I have a huge mess to clean up. Thanks.

Mobile ordered my drink about 10 minutes prior to getting there it said it’ll be ready at 1:30. I get there and only the food is ready. We wait 10 minutes and my fiancé finally gets his drink. We wait another 10 minutes and my drink isn’t even being made still. I go up to the tall lady with the short blue/green/blonde hair and tell her, at 1:53, “I’ve been waiting about 30 minutes for my drink under [name]” she said “it’s actually been 20 minutes but I guess I’ll make that now” like girl did you comprehend the words that just came out of your mouth. 20 minutes for 1 drink is simply ridiculous. I understand they’re busy. But we saw 10 people order and get their drink before our mobile order. So I get my order and half of its just foam. I’m on the phone with corporate now.

Ive stopped here to get coffee on the go and its taken 10+ minutes in the drive threw with only 1 car in front of me. This is NOT a quick stop be ready for a wait. The coffee is OK but not the best Starbucks coffee.

Service is slow and not courteous. I travel I-71 between Columbus & Cleveland and each visit has been disappointing. Today, with no one in the drive thru line, I waited 7 mins for a cup of coffee and egg bites. And they up charge on typical Starbucks prices. I recommend stop at the Sunbury or Medina exit.

Extremely expensive like Airport prices. Did not expect that at a gas station Starbucks. There was only one car in front of me and there was an extremely long wait, slow service. Drink wasn’t made as usual and this is n order I get daily from other locations.
