Girls are great. There was some very rude guy working today who gave me tea instead of iced coffee. I got so sick. Stay away.

This location is privately owned and charges 3.00 more per drink than a corporate owned business. Our wait time on a Sunday morning in the drive through was long and we were the only car in line. They do not staff this location well especially in the morning when you know you will have a lot of cu.

They wanted $8.50 for two grande black hot coffees and only had dark roast brewed. What Starbucks doesn't have Pike brewed? We drove away, you can keep your price gouged coffee.

Worst experience ever. Five girls working, ONLY ONE making drinks. She was so sloppy printed my sticker out it on a cup- thought my drink order was weird (cold foam on a hot drink) and so she set it between the machines and moved on to the next drink.
I waited over thirty minutes before realizing they weren’t just “busy” and asked them to check. The girl basically rolled her eyes and checked the computer to find I WAS rightfully waiting on a drink and that’s where she found the cup.
She then proceeded to just tell the one girl making drinks to make it instead of just helping that poor girl.

Management needs to teach these people TEAMWORK. And customer service skills while they’re at it.

MY ADVICE TO PEOPLE WANTING STARBUCKS- drive half a mile up the road to the other Starbucks. It’s worth it.

Slay No More

I would suggest getting coffee from the attached gas station, they frequently give me free coffee due to some company policy.

I foolishly allowed Starbucks to charged me $8 bucks for a cappuccino to get rid of my caffeine headache only for them to barely fill the cup half way with the espresso and milk and the remainder of the cup was foam.

I've been to thousands of coffee shops across the country and never had 5 inches of foam on a cappuccino let alone and inch of foam trying to pass off as normal.

I could of got 2 bags of coffee beans for the price of one half filled cup of extremely burnt char-bucks coffee. 🤡

The customer service is not good. They don’t say sorry for the wait or even pay attention to you. Not to mention the wait time is terrible. I have been here multiple times and I’m always waiting 10 plus minutes

I'm sorry, I just spent $8 on a holiday latte. $8...there is no pricing on the board and I felt completely blindsided when the total was brought up. And there was an option to tip? Excuse me?
This Starbucks charges way too much for what it is. I will get the much cheaper drip coffee at the gas station with better service. Thanks.

such an odd experience getting a drink today. The cashier girl would not look up at me, even when i tried handing cash over the counter. I finally asked her if they take cash because I figured maybe she was just expecting me to pay with card. i’m around their ages -young 20s So it wasn’t like I was some nagging old lady. There was no line so the drink came out really quickly though

The prices are way higher than what is on the app or even on their signs. I went to order a tall latte that was listed at $7.25 for a grande so I ordered a small expecting it to be $6 something… the lady goes “$7.44!” She then explains that those are boards from corporate and they sell the drinks for a higher price than what’s listed. Don’t waste your money here, support local coffee shops instead there’s plenty around!

It is what it is. Lacking the once famed cleanliness of their shops and well trained and neatly managed employees. Unfortunately, SBUX has become so under managed in their system of success that it is no better than the McDonald's of coffee shops nowadays.
