The workers were on their phone looking at customers and making fun of them. And was saying how weird certain people’s drinks were. People can say this in a joking friendly manner, but they mention it in the rudest way possible.

Went to pick up mobile order one of my two drinks was made. They said the other was unavailable even though I ordered in the app. Stood there for atleast 10 mins and had to go up and acknowledge and ask where my other drink was. Then they did not know how to refund mobile order. Don’t know if I’ll get even refunded. Two other girls just standing behind the counter drinking water and complaining. They clearly saw me standing there and nobody asked anything. Very disappointed in the whole situation.

It pains me to write this review because I love Starbucks and worked for them for over 6 years. This is the worst one I have experienced in a long time. There were over 10 workers (none that were smiling, friendly or greeting anyone) and they stuck what seemed to be a new girl at register and ignored her questions about what food they had or didn't have. I stood there for awhile and then was informed they didnt have the food I ordered. I accepted a second choice which they again didn't have. I got the wrong size drink after it having to be remade because it didnt have any coffee in it which semed to annoy the baristas. After that i just asked for a refund on the food. I had to stand in line again to get that refund and I gave a tip before they screwed it all up. It was super annoying and very disappointing. Will not go back to that location.

I normally get light ice in a pink drink and every other store I go to just fills up the cup. This store did not, and when I asked to get the rest of my drinks, they offered to just put more ice in them. Both venti cups were only about 3/4 full. So I ordered again without light ice, and the cup was still not filled up. They are slowly trying to rip you off for expensive drinks.

I ordered a Trenta strawberry refresher with no ice. I’ve ordered this drink several times before with no issues, placed a mobile order and the drink they gave me was unacceptable. Over 10 people behind the counter just standing around and no one bothered to say anything about the poorly made drink. I called corporate and they very kindly gave me a refund, but beware that even if you pay for it and ask for drinks no ice, they might gip you.

I received a gift card for my birthday and decided to purchase some bakery from Starbucks. I ordered almost $25.00 worth of bakery and the employee proceeded to heat up the order. I told her I was going to take order home. Manager seemed put out that I didn't want the order heated so I cancelled it. She proceeded to give me a partial refund when I told her the gift card was for $25.00. After about 15 minutes of waiting she refunded the card. No apology, and the other employees seemed to find incident amusing. I will pass the gift card to someone else and let them deal with the unprofessional behavior!

Systems were down, so they were taking orders thru the app. Fine, no problem. Literally waited 15 minutes for a black coffee. Four batista behind the counter talking about who knows what loudly instead of making drinks. Everyone waiting is visibly irritated because four people are making one drink at a time. I used to work at Starbucks lol I could have gotten my own coffee.
