I had a coupon that expired 2 days prior For a six ninety nine foot long. The menu price was actually Eleven dollars and forty nine cents. I ended up leaving since I could not use the coupon on this visit.Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is not wheelchair accessible. There are 3 huge steps to get down into this restaurant. I don't understand how they could do a recent remodel and not bring up the restaurant to AD A standards. As handicapped individual it's difficult for me to get in even though I use a cane.

The General manager as he calls himself has a real attitude. They made the wrong flat bread cold cut combo with just bologna on it. I called to let them know he says I was standing there watching them. Did he not think we were standing there watching our sandwich be made, he was at the cookie counter getting cookies. I call when I get home as the sandwich is incorrect, he gets an attitude. I let him know I will go farther up the chain. He says what do you want me to do. Well for starters make it right my money is valuable as your time and working is valuable and you as a manger need to make it right. I work for a multimillion dollar company, if I talked to my customers that way I would not have a job. Grow up put your big boy pants on and handle the issue. Neither him or the girl working even knew what came on the sandwich he had to put me on hold to go look. I order this sandwich every day from another subway in Ashland and it has never only come with one meat on it. There are three meats on the sandwich.

Very very rude service. Lettuce was brown, borderline rotten and when I asked about it, I got a dirty lookAnd...got home with the subs the bread was so nasty everything went straight in trashcan, what a joke.

Place has gone way downhill. Steak meat isn't seasoned at all. Staff was rude. Their subs used to be twice this size. Might now legally be called a foot long but the fillings and bread it's self has been reduced 50 percent!

I have been going to this subway for a long time and usually I’m impressed on how friendly and efficient the staff is. Today at noon I had the most unpleasant service!!! The female server whom I've never seen before was ripping the spinach leaves with her hands! Who does that? Every thing I asked to be put on my sandwich was met with a snippy attitude. I asked for just a little vinaigrette and she dowsed it w/ the topping! Then when i was paying she asked if I wanted an application to work there. I asked her why would I want that I have a medical license and am very happy in my profession. She replied because you're telling me how to do my job. I asked her to explain herself she said no! I replied I am a customer and you are in customer service. The whole point of subway is asking how you want your food! Someone needs to find a different line if work.
