The management has changed and the new staff is not very friendly. NEVER have fresh popcorn. I asked about this and the "manager" told me she seems no need to make fresh when there is a bag (1) on the shelf. Today there isn't even a bag on the shelf but still no fresh popcorn!! ?

Subway in Ashland, Ohio 44805 inside the Walmart. So this is an on going issue with one employee imparticular whom was let go before. then now with new owners was hired back. I dread seeing him working & if I do I usually will choose to dine else where I go to subway on a regular bases & for some reason at about 6 or 7 in the evening I would like a cup of coffee which they always sell to me then when I ask is it fresh? They say I dont know. What? Its rarely HOT & when asked to make fresh they say we can warm it up in microwave. NO! this is ridiculous why is it so hard to get a Hot cup of coffee? Your cups even say Hot on them. Listen most of the time the employees are very friendly but this one seems to try to find ways out of doing his job correctly regularly & when asked kindly to make fresh it never happened. I went back up & it was still luke warm it was awful. If the customer is an annoyance to you maybe your in the wrong profession. & your not just having a bad day you just suck at customer service period.
