They can’t make a taco in a timely fashion at all. You will sit at the drive thru for over 30 minutes before you move because they can’t make the only thing that the have one the menu.

Stood at the counter for probably 5 minutes trying to pick up a mobile order and NEVER GOT ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM THE CREW WORKING!! One of the crew members was complaining about being thirsty and needing to stop working to eat but couldn't acknowledge my presents as an already paid customer standing at the counter!!

I went to Taco Bell on Clermont Ave, one late night and got rude service. Employees talking about customers as soon as the window closes
Toasted Sausage Burrito was very dry. Asked for coffee with cream and no sugar. Came with sugar. Couldn't drink it and poured it down the drain. Service was good but the food not so much.

This place is disgusting food all over the floor, nobody in here except 4 workers standing in the back laughing. Have to use kiosks to order while they stand there to boot. What a shame

the food is great but not much in the tacos or anything else. it's skippy for the price. the food we order should be full. if we order a taco it needs to be full not barely any meat or cheese or lettuce. as much as stuff costs we should get what we pay for. yes i can make it myself but its all about convenience. so fill the tacos up. not give me a taco less than half full! its just not like it used to be. nothing in this world is like it used to be and its disappointing!

I was shocked by this one. It was a breath of fresh air. I was able to get breakfast and kind service like it was 2019. The taco bell by me is not always open or out of something or having issues.I am glad to see this one is Doing It Right. Thank You.
